Let me introduce you to the healing power of water energy of the Tao and we'll be using affirmations and gentle tapping.
I invite you to close your eyes and just bring your focus to my voice.
Allow your mind and your body to relax.
You know at a fundamental and subconscious level you already know how to do this.
So let it happen.
Stay with me.
I am here.
And breathe.
And this meditation works to help you move emotionally from feeling judged to feeling accepted.
To tap into the energy of water for your emotional healing.
To receive water energy which is flow and empowerment,
Has depth,
It's fluid,
It's reflective and still.
Make sure you're comfortable and let the healing begin.
We'll start with a few lovely breaths.
And while you do that I want you to think about your breath.
Remember that breath is the perfect way to bring yourself to the moment.
To the now.
Knowing that it is only from now that you can heal yourself.
That you can soothe your emotions.
That you can find release from any disease or dis-ease.
And so breathe deeply.
Expel your breath fully.
And that's starting to feel good,
Isn't it?
It's starting to feel just right.
Imagine yourself in water energy at the ocean.
Maybe sitting beside the ocean watching the waves.
You may be swimming in the ocean,
Floating,
Paddling.
Moving with a gentle up and down swell.
Could be a sunny day with the ocean bright blue.
It could be a cloudy day with the ocean a beautiful shade of gray,
Almost silver looking.
You can smell the salt,
Taste the salt,
Feel the salt in the water.
As you see yourself at the ocean,
What does the water energy look and feel like?
What is in your mind's eye?
Immerse yourself in water energy.
Receive what it is sharing with you.
Water energy,
It represents the energy of the ocean.
Water energy,
It represents flow and empowerment.
It has depth,
It's fluid,
It's reflective,
It's still.
It is purposeful energy that you can reach for.
And breathe.
I'm going to integrate some simple tapping into this healing meditation.
Tapping is a way to release blocked energy to accelerate the healing.
So right here,
Right now,
Gently tap on your breastbone at your heart level.
A gentle two-finger tap to encourage the release of the energy.
That no longer serves you.
And tap and breathe.
While continuing the tapping,
State this along with me.
Today,
I am confident and deep.
I choose to feel accepted.
Today,
I am confident and deep.
I deeply and completely acknowledge myself.
And I receive the healing and purposeful energy of water.
One more time.
Today,
I am confident and deep.
And I choose to feel accepted.
I deeply and completely acknowledge myself.
I receive the healing energy and the purposeful energy of water.
You can stop the tapping now.
Relax into the rhythm of your breathing.
