Thinking about your breath and remembering that breath is the perfect way to bring yourself to the moment,

Imagine yourself next to a beautiful lake.
Is it a small one nestled in shade with tree branches reaching over the edges?
Maybe it's a huge expanse of blue water with mountains in the background.
You're sitting comfortably,
Just taking in the possibilities and expressiveness of your lake.
What can you see,
Feel connected to lake energy?
Feel connected to lake energy.
What do you see in your mind's eye?
Immerse yourself in lake energy,
Receive what it is sharing with you.
Lake energy,
It's optimistic,
It's playful,
It has a fullness that you can reach for.
And breathe.
Let's integrate some simple tapping into this healing meditation.

Tapping is a way to release blocked energy,
To accelerate healing.
And sitting straight up,
Rub in a circular motion in the space between your belly button and below your diaphragm.
Let's move our hand clockwise and then anticlockwise.
Just a gentle rub to encourage the release of the energy that no longer serves you.
And clockwise.
And anticlockwise.
And breathe.
Continue the rubbing and state this along with me.
Today,
I am choosing to feel optimistic and full,
And I am choosing to have fun.
I deeply and completely accept myself,
And I receive the healing energy of lake.
