Let me introduce you to the healing power of wind energy of the Tao using affirmations and gentle tapping.
I invite you to close your eyes,
To bring your focus to my voice and just allow your mind and your body to relax.
You know,
At a fundamental level,
At a subconscious level,
You already know how to do this.
Let it happen.
Stay with me.
I am here.
And breathe.
This meditation works to help you move emotionally from withholding to generosity,
From unkindness to kindness,
To tap into the energy of wind for your emotional healing,
To receive wind energy,
Which is kindness,
Generosity.
It's always moving and gentle.
So,
Make sure you're comfortable and let the healing begin.
We're going to do a few lovely deeper breaths now.
And while you do that,
Let's think about your breathing.
Remembering breath is the perfect way to bring yourself to the moment,
To the now.
Knowing that it is only from now that you can heal yourself,
That you can soothe your emotions,
That you can find release from your disease and your dis-ease.
Breathe in deeply now.
Expel your breath fully.
And that's starting to feel good,
Isn't it?
That's starting to feel just right.
Imagine yourself in wind energy,
A gentle breeze cooling you down on a hot day,
A rustling wind in the leaves of a tree,
Or a breeze that turns wind chimes into a song,
A light wind that is heaven's breath.
What do you see in your mind's eye?
Immerse yourself in gentle wind energy.
Receive what it is sharing with you.
Wind energy is always moving.
It helps you cope with the inevitable changes of life.
And breathe.
We're going to integrate some simple tapping into this healing meditation.
Tapping is a perfect way to release blocked energy and to accelerate healing.
And so right here,
Right now,
A two-finger tap on the top of your head,
The crown of your head,
A firm two-finger tap to encourage the release of energy that no longer serves you.
Tap and breathe.
While you continue with your tapping,
State this along with me.
Today,
I am choosing to be curious and connected,
And I will choose to be kind.
I deeply and completely show kindness to myself.
I receive the healing energy of wind.
And one more time.
Today,
