This meditation works to help you move emotionally from fear to growth.
To tap into the energy of fire for your emotional healing to release stress.
To receive fire energy which is clear,
It's warm,
It's bright,
It's enlightened.
Make sure you're comfortable and let the healing begin.
We're going to start with a few lovely breaths.
Thinking about your breath.
Thinking as you breathe a deeper breath in and as you exhale releasing completely.
Remembering that breath is the perfect way to bring yourself to the moment,
To the now.
Knowing that it is only from the now that you can heal yourself,
That you can soothe your emotions,
That you can find the release from your disease or any dis-ease.
Breathe deeply.
Expel your breath fully.
And that's starting to feel good,
Isn't it?
That is starting to feel just right.
Imagine yourself and fire energy.
You could be cozy sitting inside in a beautiful room next to a crackling fire,
Warm and toasty.
You could be outside in nature,
In the dark,
On a clear starry night sitting around a campfire.
So what do you see in your mind's eye?
Immerse yourself in the visuals of fire energy.
Receive what it is sharing with you.
Are there pictures in your flames?
No fire,
It comes to remind you that you can safely now be in the now.
It comes to remind you that you can safely move from fear to growth.
You can let go of anxiety,
Safely receive the warmth,
The light,
The cleansing of fire.
Just breathe.
And let's integrate some simple tapping into this healing meditation.
Tapping is a way to release blocked energy to accelerate healing.
And right here,
Right now,
For fire energy,
We're going to clap our hands together three times.
And then rub our palms together.
And one more time.
And rub our palms together.
Continue rubbing as you breathe.
And while you're rubbing your palms,
State this along with me.
Today,
I am choosing to be bright and aware,
And I am choosing to be true to myself.
I deeply and completely admire myself,
And I receive the healing energy of fire.
