In this meditation your sensory experience includes the natural sounds of life and the music represents being balanced, allowing and non-resistant. This meditation has carefully spaced verbal cues that flow into the sensory music and sounds. This is a unique sensory meditation to relieve stress and anxiety, help you find relief from insomnia, and even ease chronic pain. This meditation includes uniquely composed music, along with sensory sound effects and carefully chosen words to immerse you in Tao energy that is healing, relaxing and nourishing. If you are familiar with my work, this meditation is different from my other guided meditations. This is more experiential with sounds creating the energetic shifts for you, rather than the teaching.
