Let me introduce you to the healing ability of earth energy of the Tao using affirmations and gentle tapping.
I invite you to close your eyes,
To bring your focus to my voice,
To allow your mind and your body to relax.
You know at a fundamental and subconscious level you already know how to do this.
So let it happen.
Stay with me.
I'm here.
And breathe.
And this meditation works to help you move emotionally from unworthiness to self-worth to self-compassion,
To tap into the energy of earth for your emotional healing,
To receive earth energy which is self-love and cherishing which is life-giving and nourishing.
Ready?
Be comfortable.
And let's let the healing begin.
We're going to start with a few lovely breaths,
Deeper breaths.
As you do that we're going to think about breath,
Remembering that breath is the perfect way to bring yourself to the moment,
To the now,
Knowing that it is only from the now that you can heal yourself,
That you can soothe your emotions,
That you can find release from disease or any dis-ease.
I invite you to breathe deeply,
To expel your breath fully.
And that's starting to feel good isn't it?
That's starting to feel just right.
Imagine yourself in earth energy,
A favorite place outdoors.
Mine is deep in a forest with the earthy smell all around.
It could be in a place where you can dig in the dirt,
Nurturing plants,
Getting your hands dirty.
Maybe for you it's standing barefoot in the dirt or on the grass.
Where can you see yourself outdoors,
Feeling connected to our planet earth?
What do you see in your mind's eye?
Immerse yourself in earth energy,
Receive what it is sharing with you.
Earth energy is nurturing,
It reminds you that you are important and significant.
And breathe.
And let's integrate some simple tapping into this healing meditation.
Tapping is a way to release blocked energy and to accelerate healing.
Right here,
Right now,
Cross your arms,
Give yourself a good hug and with your four fingers,
Apply tapping pressure on the sides of your chest,
Just below your armpits.
A firm four-finger tap to encourage the release of energy that no longer serves you.
Tap and breathe.
While continuing to hug yourself and to tap,
State this along with me.
Today,
I am choosing to feel important and significant and I choose to feel valued.
I deeply and completely nurture myself and I receive the healing energy of earth.
And one more time.
Today,

Relax into the rhythm of your breathing.
