This is a Tai Chi meditation sensory experience for your complete relaxation and for balance and for flow.

Tune into my gentle voice and let the sensory sounds work their magic for you.

Bring yourself to the moment with a deep and calming breath in and breathe in and breathe out and become fully present anchored to the now with one more lovely deeper breath in and out.

Breathing in and breathing out and that's starting to feel good now isn't it?

That's starting to feel just right and let's allow the soothing to begin.

I am allowing.

I am non-resistant.

I have mental steadiness.

I have emotional stability.

I am calm.

I am poise.

I am composed.

I am harmony.

I am tranquility.

I am trusted.

I am guidance.

I am steady.
