Embrace More of Your True Soul's Essence

Listen to this remastered transmission which assists you in creating a sphere of high frequency light around you by a group of Archangels and your Higher Self. This sphere is itself held within two other high frequency grids, the crystal grid of the earth and a grid from the Central Sun. Within this field there is a clearing of lower astral material from your energy bodies and also any discarnates/entities and cords to other people or groups that can now be released to the light. Once this is done your 5D - 12 centre chakra system is activated. In this transmission there is particular emphasis on activating the earth star chakra and the base chakra. This transmission allows more of your soul's light to descend into your energy bodies.

Imagine that you can breathe in more light into your body.
360 degrees light all around.
Light from the sun.
Light from the stars.
Light from the earth itself,
The ascending light of the earth,

With the in-breath,
Breathe in light from all around 360 degrees into the bones.
Light into the blood.
Light into the organs of the body.
And imagine on the out-breath you can release,
You can release any energy that does not serve you,
Lower energies.
Fear or doubt,
Confusion or anger or anxiety or guilt.
On the out-breath you can release from your body lower frequency energies.
In the in-breath,
Breathe in light.
Light into the bones,
Into the blood,
Into the organs,
Into the cells of the body.
Imagine that every cell can drink light.
Breathing in light into the cells of the body.
In the out-breath releasing any old darker energies from the cells,
The organs,
The blood,
The bones.

The higher version of you,
Multi-dimensionally,
Your higher self that exists here for you in this dimension,

Release anything that's followed you in the room from the underground or the journey here.

I call upon Metatron to take out any energy inside of your body that shouldn't be there,
To take it out from the bones,
From the spine.
Any energies that somehow have penetrated into any of your energy bodies,

Any implants that shouldn't be there that you somehow you've picked up in this reality or in others to be released to the light.
I call to Archangel Sandalphon below to open a portal of light to take out any lower astral energies in your energy fields that shouldn't be there to be released.

For those lying,
It will just start to penetrate the whole of the spine.
Reaching into your energy field through the spine and the back of the head,
Through the back of the legs.

Filling the whole body with silver-white fire.

Feel your connection to the heart of the earth.

Being held by the ascending light of the earth.
And feel your energy field connecting with the crystal grid.
For those of you interested in manifesting,
This is the energy field to really connect with,
As the energies of the earth have shifted in the last several years realigning with the crystal grid,
The new ascending force of the earth.
Breathing it into every cell of the body allowing the silver white fire into the whole of the body,
The etheric body,
Emotional body,
Mental body,
Spiritual body and out and out,
Silver white fire of the earth.
I call down the Christ grid,
The planetary grid,
Around the planet a gold and white grid fire.
Down into the room.
For those of you sitting,
This fire begins to come closer,
Coming to the crown of the head golden white fire towards the crown of the head.
For those of you lying on the floor,
This comes downwards towards the front of your body as you face upwards.
Golden white fiery grid,
Down from the central sun begins to penetrate your body now.
Penetrate your body with this golden white fire from the central sun.
Penetrating,
Shifting and raising your ability to hold light in your body.
These new ascending,
These new light forces hitting the planet.
This grid will help you hold more light in your body.
Allow this golden white fire to descend and penetrate every cell of the body.
Every cell of the body.
As the silver white fire of the earth and the golden white fire of the central sun blend and mix and in this blending opens the inner channel.
The inner channel that runs from the bottom of the soles of the feet up the spine up through the head,
Out to the top of the head.
The inner channel opens.
I ask Metatron now to send the white ascension fire down through the inner channel to begin clearing the way for the new higher chakra grid.
So the white fire now penetrating the crown chakra,
Clearing the crown.
The white ascension fire burning through the crown,
Opening,
Aligning,
Spinning.
Opening this chakra up for higher energies.
And the petals of the crown open,
Open.
And each chakra has a number of layers and levels that spin in perfect alignment with each other.
So just allow your crown chakra to be adjusted to this higher spin energy.
Any energies that need to be released can be released in this white fire.

Allow this fire to descend to the third eye,
Third eye.
Opening,
Clearing,
Spinning,
Aligning the third eye,
Releasing any energy that shouldn't be there.
Spinning at a higher frequency of light.
And this fire descends to the throat.

Adjusting the throat.
The center of your self-expression,
Your creative truth,
Your soul's mission on the earth,
Throat.
Anything that needs releasing from the throat can be released.
Blocking your soul's path can be released in the throat.
Allow the white fire to burn through the throat chakra.
And descending now to the heart that opens.

Aligning,
Adjusting the heart.
Core of your being,
The heart.

Fire,
White fire in the heart.
Allow the heart to open,

And spin at a higher level,
A higher frequency than before.

This white fire descends to solar plexus that opens,

And this center is where we often hold resistance to higher frequency light.
Center of the ego,
The lower mind.
As this light begins to open,
Expand,
Adjust,
Clear,
Align.
Our ego self,
Our ego identity with a higher light.
Allowing the ego to become a vehicle for light rather than a vehicle for resistance.
Light in the solar plexus,
White fire burning,
Releasing.
Any resistance,
Any self doubt,
Self attack,
Self criticism,
Self punishment programs.
The solar plexus can be cleared,
Self sabotage,
Clear.
Sabotaging you from moving forward meaningfully in your life.
Burn,
Release,
Open.
And aligning all levels of this chakra with a higher light.
Any resistance,
Any contraction in this chakra just allow the white fire to begin burning through.
Any of those old repetitive ego voices that get stuck in a loop about what you should do,
What you have to do,
What you must do.
Just allow the fire to burn through some of those voices,
Raising the vibration of your ego to be a greater container for light.
And the fire descends to the sacral chakra,
Sacral,
Below the belly button.
This chakra opens to receive white fire.
The chakra begins to spin,
Align,
Adjust,
Clear.
This is where we hold resistance to intimacy,
Resistance to feeling,
Resistance to joy,
Resistance to pleasure,
Resistance to play,
Resistance to sexuality,
Sacral chakra.
Allow the fire to burn through any of these resistances blocking you from stepping forward in your life to a higher vibrational reality existence so that life becomes more pleasurable,
More joyful,
More playful,
More adventurous,
More intimate.
The sacral chakra opens.
Releasing anybody else's energy in your sacral,
Any old lovers,
Partners,
Sexual partners that you're holding in your sacral chakra,
You can release to this light,
Release their energy,
Spin it out from your energy field,
Out back to the sun.
And the fire descends to the base chakra that opens,
That opens.
And this is where we hold resistance to flow,
To being here on the planet,
To abundance,
To belonging.
To really stepping here on the earth through our soul's mission,
Being physical beings on the earth.
Allow this fire to burn through any resistances from your reality that you've picked up.
Burning through this chakra,
Clearing,
Opening,
Aligning,
Spinning out any blocks to abundance,
To wealth consciousness,
To being really physical,
To having more light in the body.
And allow this light to burn through the old 3D matrix in the base chakra,
3D matrix in the base chakra.
3D matrix of this is how the world is.
We're here to suffer.
We're here to struggle.
Any patterns of struggle or suffering or resistance to being physical in the base chakra,
Release with the white fire.
Release.
And this energy can start spinning a higher frequency in the base chakra,
Turning it from red,
The 3D color red,
To platinum white,
Which is the 5D chakra,
Platinum white.
And allow the fire to intensify and expand the energy in the base chakra.
From red,
3D,
To white,
Platinum white,
5D.
Just allowing more light to pour into the base chakra with this white fire.
That you can take and hold more light in the body,
More light in the bones,
More light in the blood,
More light in the cells and organs.
That you can bring in more of your soul's light into the body.
This is a dissension of light.
Light flows down from your higher self and soul into the body,
Bringing more light into every cell of the body,
Into the base chakra,
Which is your physical core of your physical self.
And allowing this chakra to begin to expand now in platinum white light,
Expanding.
Expanding like the size of a basketball,
Expanding in a great sphere of light,
Platinum white base.
And more light can pour into this base chakra,
Clearing out any of the 3D red,
Old chakra.
Anchoring in a platinum white,
5D base chakra.
And allow this light to expand out around the whole pelvic area.
And light flowing down and up into the bones,
Into the head,
The bones of the head,
Into the nervous system.
That can hold more light as this chakra expands,
Filling up,
Touching up to the solar plexus and down to the knees.
And expanding outwards and upwards and downwards as you allow more light in the base chakra,
Platinum white begins to fill up until the light begins to fill the whole of your energy field,
Platinum white light.
5D base chakra,
Platinum white light.
And in this energy field,
I ask your higher self,
Metatron,
Any teams of guides and angels,
To begin to upgrade the whole of your chakra system from the base upwards,
Moving up,
All the way up the spine to the top of the head and beyond,
And moving down,
Down the legs and below the feet.
Opening up a 12 center chakra system from the base,
Being the anchor.
The center below the feet,
The earth star opens,
Opens.
The great silver ball of light below the feet opens.
Earth star,
Your connection to the ascending earth,
Your connection to your family line,
Which itself is receiving a higher light.
Imagine sending light back down the family line to your mother line.
A higher light through the earth star below the feet to the mother line,
Higher light.
To your mother,
Grandparents,
Great grandparents,
Great great grandparents.
And as you send back this light,
This light of love and gratitude for your ancestors,
Just imagine this light can dissolve any patterns flowing down from your ancestral family tree towards you,
From your mother line,
Dissolving any old patterns of struggle or suffering or pain or resistance to life or blocks to love or abundance or joy.
Sending light through the earth star back down the mother line.
And if you didn't know your mother,
It doesn't matter,
You have a connection to your biological mother.
Sending that light wherever your mother is,
Whether incarnate or not,
Down the family tree through the earth star.
Sending a higher vibration back down the mother line.
So there may be a healing in your family tree from the mother line,
Healing of the patterns through that side of the family.
And then sending this light down the father line to your father,
Whether incarnate or not.
Sending it through him to your grandparents and your great grandparents and great great grandparents back down the father line.
Dissolving any patterns coming to you of a negative limiting nature that blocks you from expressing your true soul's light in this lifetime.
And feel the earth star beneath your feet vibrating with light as you bring more light into the earth star that begins itself to expand a silver ball of light beneath the feet,
Expanding and holding more light.
Feel yourself anchored on the earth in this silver ball of light holding you to the earth,
Anchoring you to your family,
Your bloodline.
Feel the light pouring into your base chakra as the whole system is being adjusted and a higher 5D system is being aligned within you all the way up,
Out the top of the head to the higher chakras above the head.
Causal,
The soul and the stellar chakras open above the head.
And any other chakras in the body that open up with this 5D system open now.
The one in the upper chest that opens you to unconditional love.
The upper chest between heart and throat.
There's another chakra there that opens,
Turquoise,
Opens.
Unconditional love,
Love.
Love for yourself,
Love for your life,
Love for others.
All of the kingdoms of life.
That opens another chakra at the back of the neck,
Base of the skull.
The well of dreams,
The well of dreams that opens.
This is a manifesting chakra,
The base of the skull at the back opens.
So just allow now,
The higher self,
Metatron,
The guides to begin adjusting this and opening this higher system within you.
Encouraging into the base chakra all the way along the spine and out the spine,
Up and down.
Feeling the adjustments now as your energy field is adjusting.
Intensifying,
Lining,
Balancing as you can access a higher light,
A higher light in your waking life,
A higher light in your dream life.
A higher connection to higher parts of you than other dimensions of existence.
A stronger connection to your soul.
A stronger connection to your higher self.
A stronger connection to your dreaming self.
A stronger connection to your monadic self.
A stronger connection to the earth and the ascension waves hitting the planet now.
Just allowing the energies to decrease in intensity as your fields are balanced.
Releasing the intensity of the energy.
Allow a balancing to go on and the lining adjusting,
A balancing,
A lessening of intensity of energy.
As you balance and connect with this higher frequency of light,
Allow it just to flow through you.
And as you do that,
We can begin releasing the guides and the teams working on you.
As they finish working,
They can be released.
Releasing the light of the central sun.
Just releasing that light,
Lessening it.
Not releasing it completely,
But releasing the intensity of the sun.
The golden white grid.
Begin to release the intensity of the crystal grid from the earth.
And the archangels lessening the intensity of the energy field around you now.
Releasing the intensity of light.
Turning down the volume,
Turning down the volume.
Allowing you to bathe and to adjust.
As you very slowly come back to your physical body.
Remember always to breathe into the body of bone,
Blood,
Organs and cells.
The body holding a higher light.
Feeling more connected to this 5D chakra grid.
12 centers in the body and beyond the body.
Allowing your energy field to expand,
To hold more light.
And breathe,

And take your time.
Take your time as the energy around you starts to lessen.
