Thank you Dr. Freeman, this part is most challenging part on my journey. This old energy. Old patterns , they are rooted in my old consciousness . Sometimes i feel powerless , they rage they want to stay alive .
They cause doubt , they do everything .... in this days i am working on self love and be more aware of my higher Self , give more attention to this part ..... and repeating my mantra i am that I Am , to align, my conditioned self with my true Self
