Welcome to the Emergence Meditation.
Get yourself comfortable,
Sitting or lying down.
Close your eyes and begin to take some nice deep breaths in through your nose,
Holding the breath for a few seconds before breathing out through your mouth.
Now begin to draw the breath in through your heart space.
Let it fill your heart and flood your body.
Feel the energy of your breath.
Draw it down from your heart,
Down to your feet and beyond into your Earth Star Chakra.
On the exhale,
Draw the energy back up into your heart.
Repeat that two or three times.
Now take the breath up from your heart to your crown and beyond into your Soul Star Chakra.
On the exhale,
Draw the energy back into your heart.
Repeat that two or three times.
Now take the breath out from your heart in a 360 degree circle as far as you can.
And on the exhale,
Draw the energy back into your heart.
Again repeat two or three times.
On your next breath,
Take the breath up and down and out simultaneously,
Drawing the energy back in from your Soul Star,
Your Earth Star and your energy as you exhale.
And again repeat that.
Drop your awareness down to your Earth Star Chakra.
Settle in there.
You feel safe and secure,
Protected and warm,
Nourished and loved.
Snuggle up in that energy and absorb it.
You begin to feel a strong pull drawing you upwards,
Straightening you out and stretching you.
Your head and arms are drawing up and they begin to break through into the light.
The energy continues to stretch you up,
Continues to pull you up and out.
Your body breaks through into the light and your legs and finally your feet.
And your roots are still firmly in the soil extending down into your Earth Star and beyond.
As you stretch up into the light,
You feel yourself open up like a flower.
You open to the light and the sun.
And you draw your energy up from the ground and down from the sun.
Feel yourself opening,
Blossoming,
Becoming.
Feel yourself emerging.
Feel the growth coursing through you.
Accept the light and the warmth.
Accept the energy of your transformation.
Let yourself sit with this energy for as long as you need to.
And when you're ready,
Begin to take some nice deep breaths.
Again,
Letting the breath flood your body and bring it gently into movement.
Feel your fingers and your toes begin to wriggle.
Allow yourself to flex and reach for the sun.
And when you are ready,
Open your eyes.
