Today's meditation is about how to have a fabulous,
Loving,
Deeply fulfilling relationship with yourself.
Coming home to love,
Coming home to light,
Coming home to the embrace with your own heart.
So let's just get settled.
Take a moment,
Make yourself really comfortable.
Just find a way for your body to be aligned,
To be at ease,
And where your spine can be long.
Let your shoulders fall away from your ears.
Let your eyelids be heavy.
And let's take some really good,
Yummy breaths.
Breathe in a way that feels good to you.
Breath is nourishment.
Breath is medicine.
And breath can gently escort you into your own heart.
So drop down,
Sweet friends.
Drop down and down.
Drop down into the sanctuary of your own heart.
Because the possibility is to rest in this sanctuary even as the world spins,
Even as the unthinkable happens.
You rest.
You ground into this silent space within.
This is the best thing you can do for yourself and for the world.
Just really letting everything settle.
Just let everything settle.
Put down all of your thoughts,
All of the things you have to do,
All of the things that are pulling on you,
That are barking or nipping at your heels.
Turn to them and say,
Thank you.
Not right now.
This is time for you to dive into the sacred sanctuary of silence.
Let yourself relax into the spaces between the words.
Yes,
Let yourself rest and relax.
I'm holding the space.
We are here together in this incredible community of meditators from all over the world.
So trusting,
Trusting and allowing yourself to drop deep inside,
Take refuge in your inner sanctuary.
I will call you out after some time.
So trust,
Trust and let go.
Trust and let go.
Surrender to the inner sanctuary of your own heart.
There is nothing better than trusting.
If your mind wants to wander,
Let breath be your anchor,
Let breath be your anchor to this present moment,
This breath,
This moment.
How deep is silence?
How deep is silence?
Can you find any end to it?
Surrender,
Surrender,
Surrender,
Sweet friend.
Trust your heart.
And ever so gently,
Ever so gently,
Bring yourself back.
Feel your hands.
Wiggle your fingers.
And when you're ready,
Bring your hands to your heart and bow into silence,
To the silent sanctuary of your own being.
Give thanks.
This is a relationship and the more you nourish and nurture this relationship,
The deeper it will be.
You are discovering the intimacy with your own heart.
Thank you so much for your presence.
I wish you a beautiful day or night.
Many blessings,
So many blessings.
