Begin to find a comfortable position laying down.
I encourage you to prop yourself up with pillows,
Blankets,
And make yourself really cozy.
Take these next few moments to make sure you are relaxed and comfortable.
Today I will be guiding you through a meditation of forgiveness.
So often we hold on to guilt and shame from our past that no longer serves our highest self.
We learn to forgive others,
But we forget to forgive ourselves.
It's time we rewrite that script.
Today we're focusing on the fact that we are worthy of forgiveness,
And we don't have to live with guilt and shame.
Take a nice deep breath in through your nose.
Open the mouth and let it all go.

Allowing yourself to relax deeper into whatever it is you're laying on.
Let your face be soft,
Your jaw unclenched,
And your belly to soften.
Forgiveness.
.
.
Allowing ourselves to be human,
Imperfect,
Flawed.
Forgiveness offers us the opportunity of new beginnings.

To start over,
To begin again.
Forgiveness encourages us to remember that we are fluctuating,
Fluid beings who are constantly changing and making mistakes.
It is time to extend empathy to the parts of you that are flawed.
For the times that what you may have said or done didn't reflect your truest self.

Your best self.
Begin to reflect on habits,
Thought patterns,
Or ideas that you would like to release.

Ones that are currently not nourishing you or the people around you.
Can you let them go?
Remember that you are strong and capable of change.
You are authentic and real and worthy of all the goodness in life.
To ease yourself deeper into relaxation.

Allow your body to become heavy.
.

Bringing your awareness to the words that I'm saying.
.
.
As you allow the universe to wash away any guilt and shame.
I bring love and healing to all of my thoughts.
I bring love and healing to all of my beliefs.
I bring love and healing to all of my relationships.
I learn my lessons and I move on.
I call on my soul fragments to be cleansed by the universe and I call on them to rejoin me.
I send love to myself and everyone that I know.
In this universe,
I am healed.
My life is healed and so it is and so be it.
Begin to take deeper breaths.

When you're ready,
Begin to take movement.
