Welcome.
Settle into a comfortable position,
Preferably somewhere that the moonlight is resting on you.
Let's start by taking some deep cleansing breaths.
Take a nice deep breath in through your nose.
Slowly exhale out the mouth.
A few more just like this.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Deepest inhale.
Longest exhale.
Allow your breath to become natural.
Beginning to arrive here in your body.
This short ritual of full moon infusing will allow you to not only visualize the powerful energy of the moon,
But connect with it on a much deeper level.
Start off by imagining the full moon above you in this moment.
The glorious size,
The bright reflective light,
And the energy that washes over you.
Let this energy,
This cosmic intensity,
Affect your physical body.
Notice where it chooses to settle first.
Notice which areas seem to be affected most by its intensity.
As you lay in the light of the moon,
Allow the energy to wash away any and all tension you hold in your body.
Let it soften every muscle in your face.
Let it loosen the jaw and the tongue away from the mouth.
Let it soften the muscles in the shoulders,
Arms,
And upper torso.
May this energy begin to soften your belly and your hips,
Releasing all the tension you hold in these spaces.
And finally,
Allowing your legs and lower body to completely release.
It's time to offer up pieces of you to Mother Earth that you didn't know you still held on to.
It's time to surrender.
Surrender to the energy and the tension that you hold in your body.
Let this energy,
This cosmic intensity,
And this energy,
Let it all go.
As you lay in stillness,
Continue to breathe intentionally.
With every exhale,
Offer something new up to this full moon before you.
Let this energy,
This cosmic intensity,
Go up to this full moon before you.
Notice yourself getting lighter and lighter,
Leaving room,
Space for energy that does serve you.
Leaving space for energy that nourishes you.
Begin to take deeper breaths as you call your awareness back into your body.
When you're ready,
Begin to take movement,
Easing yourself gently back into your day.
Thank you so much for sharing in this practice with me today.
Namaste.
