truly, one of the most powerful meditations I’ve ever experienced. to be able to take challenging parts of today or even experiences from the past and feel them and then return to my heart center 💙🩵💙🩵💙 my only wish is you didn’t use high-pitched bells at the end. High-pitched sounds literally create pain in the body for sensitive nervous system.🙏🙏🙏

Ram Daas Meditations to Insight Timer. my only criticism is, I don’t know when the tradition started of using very high-pitched bells at the end of meditations. But people like myself with highly sensitive nervous systems… Those high-pitched tones literally cause physical pain in the nervous system.🙏🩷🙏🩷🙏🩷

What a wonderful human being Ram Dass was, is and will be, in whatever shape and form. It’s really awesome that we can still hear his voice (his mouth is a little dry, so if mouthclicks distract you, maybe this isn’t for you - and the sound engineer in me would love to clean up the audio a little because it’s so easy to get rid of those) here on insight timer. In what universe would that not be five stars? That said - in what universe do we value stuff, based on a rating system instead of subjective experience? :-) but still - five it is!
