Miya was born and raised in London, UK and her yoga journey began in 2020, when she moved to Japan and completely transformed her relationship with herself. Having struggled with depression throughout her adolescence, yoga allowed her to heal by learning how to love and care for herself. She spent a month in India, where she undertook her Yoga Teacher Training. She is now teaching yoga in Osaka, sharing the sacred practice that brought her home to herself. Miya’s yoga and meditation classes are like a warm familiar hug. Her gentle voice will guide you to a deep sense of peace and relaxation.
