I'm visiting family and I am struggling to deal with a very clingy and needy relative. This meditation helped me to calm down and be able to lovingly deal with her.

That was excellent! I was able to get into a deeply relaxed, peaceful state quite quickly and despite many noises outside, was able to maintain that state. Thank you!

Kristin's self-compassion approach helps me stay present with the physical sensations that my mind labels as pain and seld-hatred. As I soften into those sensations, more space come online and I get to choose kindness towards myself.
