I’m 3 days home from open heart surgery, and I am happy to find your heart-centered gratitude meditation! I am currently overflowing with gratitude — for the success of my surgery, the loving care of family now that I’m home, hearing birds chirping dawn after 2 weeks of hospital-sound only. This was a lovely opportunity to bring it all together at heart canter. What a great way yo start the day! Thank you, Joseph! Donna

A grounding meditation with breathing exercises, anchoring awareness of an intention for the day ahead and beyond. It's ideal for today, on the first day of a new month; I will return to this as my intention is not yet set, therefore listening again will allow it to materialise naturally & gradually.
