Drawing from both modern psychology and the yogic tradition, you'll journey through the wisdom of Mahalakshmi, not simply as the goddess of abundance, but as an archetype of the awakened feminine within us all: the part of us that knows its worth, speaks its truth, holds healthy boundaries, remains emotionally grounded, and loves without losing itself. Over seven days you'll explore five qualities of awakened love: Wholeness: remembering your innate worth.
Truth: reclaiming your authentic voice.
Protection: creating loving boundaries.
Steadiness: feeling deeply without losing your center.
Devotion: opening the heart without abandoning yourself. Each day includes: • A clear teaching weaving together psychology and yogic wisdom.
• A guided mantra chanting practice to embody the lesson.
• A simple reflection or exercise to integrate it into daily life. On the final day you'll be invited to continue your mantra chanting practice, allowing the teachings to move beyond the mind and become lived experience. No previous mantra or meditation experience is required, only a willingness to meet yourself with honesty, courage, and an open heart. Because healing isn't about becoming someone new. It's about remembering who you were before you believed you had to earn love.


Meet your Teacher

Valentina Quarta is a psycho-spiritual coach, writer, and lifelong student of both modern psychology and the yogic tradition. After years of studying psychology, neuroscience, nervous system regulation, and Eastern philosophy, she became fascinated by a question many people encounter on the healing journey: Why does understanding our patterns so often fail to change them? Her work explores the meeting point between psychological insight and embodied spiritual practice. Rather than offering more concepts to understand, she creates practical pathways for integrating them through self-reflection, meditation, chanting, and contemplative exercises. Drawing from over a decade of personal practice, professional coaching, and her own journey through self-abandonment and relational healing, Valentina's courses invite students to move beyond insight and into lasting transformation. Her teaching is grounded, compassionate, and accessible to people of all backgrounds, whether they approach yogic wisdom as a spiritual path, a psychological framework, or simply a practice for living with greater authenticity and love.

Today we begin with Mahalakshmi's first face: Wholeness. Together we'll explore why so many of us seek in relationships what can only be cultivated within, and how psychology, nervous system awareness, and the yogic tradition all point toward the same truth: lasting love begins with an inner sense of fullness. This lesson also introduces the Mahalakshmi mantra, Om Shreem Mahalakshmiyei Namaha, which will become your daily embodiment practice throughout the rest of the course. You'll find a dedicated Daily Mantra Practice lesson immediately after this one. You'll return to that same recording each day as you move through the remaining faces of love.

Daily Mantra Practice

This is your dedicated Daily Mantra Practice. You're invited to chant 108 repetitions each day using this recording, another one of your choice, or to practice on your own using a mālā, a digital counter, or simply by counting in whatever way feels most natural to you. There is no perfect way to practice. What matters most is showing up consistently and allowing the sound to do its work over time.
