We tend to punish ourselves for our mistakes and weaknesses.
Doing so,
We weaken not only our hearts,
But our souls,
The conscious being that lives within us,
Our true self.
Deep self-confidence comes from inner wisdom.
To learn how to trust your decisions again,
You have to change the stories you tell yourself.
Settle in a comfortable position and close your eyes.
Take a few moments to breathe.
Take in a long,
Deep breath.
Inhale deeply.
Exhale,
Releasing any tension in your body.
Inhale deeply.
Exhale gently.
Inhale deeply.
Exhale gently.
You can now come back to your natural breath.
Relax your body even more and connect with the beautiful silence of the soul.
From now on,
Choose to abandon your past.
From now on,
Choose to abandon the world of right and wrong and good and bad.
Leave this world behind with memories that make you punish yourself and others.
Detach yourself from everything as you walk through a powerful field of spirituality.
A place where the air brings you peace and lightness.
In this field of spiritual energy,
You realize that you are able to do things differently.
You are able to start an adventure into the unknown.
You have the freedom,
The courage and curiosity to learn precious lessons needed to grow.
From this perspective,
Guilt does not exist and life has always followed its natural flow.
Gently ask yourself,
What did you learn from your past experiences?
How have these experiences contributed to other people's growth?
Who do you have to forgive?
Are you willing to feel safe again?
Are you willing to focus on the new opportunities that life is showing you today?
How can you do things differently?
In punishing yourself,
You only delay your wisdom and growth.
In the past,
You did your best.
You did all that you could.
There are no mistakes,
Only lessons.
Sometimes,
Transformation is only possible through tough experiences.
Experience the high vibration of forgiveness,
Acceptance and self-compassion.
This makes it easy to understand that mistakes and weaknesses are welcome.
They are learning opportunities and part of your human nature.
Perfection is not natural.
Look at the gentleness of the clouds moving softly across the sky.
Allow that same softness to come over you.
Be open to understand that everything is fine and it has always been.
You are safe.
You are cared for.
You are loved.
Now breathe deeply again.
Take a long nourishing breath.
Prepare to leave this spiritual field.
As you leave,
Bring to your life a new point of view for future experiences.
Bring the truth that you are free and ready to create a new story.
