Good morning,

What an honor to have you here.

I'm Lini and receive my warm welcome to your morning affirmations.

You can listen to them every day to prepare yourself for a day full of energy,

Positivity and motivation.

Start by letting your body guide you into a relaxing position.

Make sure that you don't have any discomfort.

And if you wish,

Gently close your eyes.

Now start a cycle of deep breaths that help ground you in the present moment.

Feel your abdomen expand when you inhale the fresh air of the morning.

And feel your abdomen contract very slowly with each long exhale.

Inhale deeply and exhale slowly.

You are connected to your body and aware of how it responds to this moment of self-care.

Now let yourself be carried away by the following powerful affirmations.

Today is going to be an amazing day.

Opportunities flow easily around me.

I am aware of all of them.

Gratitude for life nourishes every cell in my body.

I am connected to the highest good for all.

I am talented.

I am creative and resourceful.

My intuition guides me to the best possible connections.

I easily attract positivity.

I feed my body,

Mind and soul with nutrients that elevate my well-being.

I make wise decisions.

I allow myself to take breaks and rest whenever I need.

I am open to receive the miracles that are waiting for me in the next few hours.

I feel protected and confident on my path.

I am ready for another fantastic day.

Ok take one more deep breath and keep these words in your heart throughout the day.

Never forget my dear,

You give enough,

You are always doing your best.
