Welcome to your morning practice.
Prepare yourself to feel a wave of positivity flowing around you in just a few minutes.
You are free to gently stretch your arms and neck to wake your body.
Make sure you are comfortably sitting or lying down and close your eyes.
Shoulders,
Arms and legs are very relaxed.
Connect with your breath.
As you breathe in the fresh air of the morning,
Feel your chest expand.
And as you breathe out,
Release any uncomfortable sensation.
Inhale deeply,
Feeling your abdomen expanding.
And exhale slowly,
Feeling your abdomen softly contracting.
Allow positivity to enter the physical space you are in.
There is no need to do anything,
Just surrender to this moment.
Silently witness an elevated energy around you.
Just a sense of tranquility that relaxes you and it feels great.
Perhaps you feel lighter by just being open to receive this feeling of purification.
Stay connected to it.
It cleanses any low vibration that you have been carrying.
Let go of what no longer serves you.
Start your day with a renewed vibration.
Allow this feeling to expand a little more.
Now invite this positive feeling to flow through your body.
You can feel it traveling from the top of your head and down to your toes.
Breathe in fresh air one more time and notice how this elevated energy intensifies as you open up to it more and more.
Allow your body to experience pure positivity.
It spreads through your heart,
Mind and soul.
You feel ready and protected to deal with the outside world,
You are going to have a fantastic day.
Take this high vibration with you wherever you go.
Remember that you created it so you can feel it whenever you wish.
No one can take it from you.
Now prepare to leave this meditative space.
Start moving your body very slowly.
Open your eyes when you are ready and come back to your beautiful day.
