When you are done,
Gently close your eyes.
All you have to do now is relax and be carried away by the sound of my voice.
Take long deep breaths to help you ground yourself in the present moment.
Breathe in fresh air to nourish your lungs and breathe out relaxing your entire body.
Once again,
Take a deep breath and exhale very slowly.
Your attention is focused on your body.
Release any tension in your neck and relax the muscles in your face.
Stealness increases as you relax your body a little more.
Let it become heavy until it reaches complete relaxation.
Surrender to this peaceful moment.
Pay attention to the energy accumulated throughout the day and allow it to dissolve on its own.
Your thoughts are slower.
Everything is fine.
You can start a gentle conversation with your mind.
Dear mind,
Thank you for all the effort you made today.
Thank you for keeping me active for so many hours and for guiding me through another day of my life.
Now we can rest.
Let's replenish our energy together for the beautiful day that awaits us.
Dear mind,
You are allowed to slow down in your own time.
No rush.
I will be ready whenever you are.
Allow your mind to drift away from the physical world.
Release any worry or anxiety,

There is nowhere to go,
Nothing to do but rest.
You deserve these minutes of serenity.
Keep breathing at a very comfortable pace.
Enjoy the silence of this sacred moment.
The first signs of a peaceful sleep are the physical sleep flow naturally through your body.
You can feel it.
Let yourself be guided by a peaceful and restorative sleep.
