This practice is designed to help ground into your root chakra. We will be guided to your favorite place in mother nature to help you feel supported and safe, while we go on a sacred journey with the earth's energy gently guiding us. We will end by planting some seeds into the ground that you would like to see grow! Hope this meditation serves you well!

Greetings everyone.

This is Jess with Jess Be Inspired.

And today's meditation is to help you ground into your root chakra.

So let's begin by getting as comfy as you can wherever you are.

Starting to settle in,

Taking a nice deep breath in through your nose.

And gently let that go out through your mouth.

Let's do that one more time.

Go ahead and close your eyes.

Breathing in through your nose.

And out through your mouth.

Let's take this even further.

By beginning to breathe in for the count of five and we're gonna exhale to the count of six.

This is a nice long deep breath.

So let's begin by slowly breathing in for the count of five.

And gently let that breath go to the count of six.

Two more times,

Slowly breathing in for the count of five.

Breathing in for the count of five.

One last time,

Breathing in that breath for the count of five.

And exhaling that breath out to the count of six.

This meditation is to help you ground and align your root chakra energy.

Let's breathe in that intention.

And gently let that go.

Let's begin by envisioning your favorite place in Mother Nature.

Perhaps it's the beach with the ocean waves,

The mountains,

Or a meadow,

Or even a park.

Simply go to that place now in your mind's eye.

And now that you have arrived at your favorite place in Mother Earth,

I want you to begin to imagine the ground beneath you.

Do you feel sand,

Soil,

Perhaps rocks,

Or grass?

Feeling the earth beneath you,

Feeling how it's supporting you in this precious moment.

Now with the support of Mother Earth in your favorite place,

Let's begin to ask ourselves some sacred questions.

Beginning with how can you release yourself more fully to be in the present?

Letting all those answers flow through you and back in to the ground beneath you.

Next,

Asking yourself what areas in your life would you like to feel more safe and secure?

Letting all those areas flow in to you.

Feeling that safety,

That security,

Traveling back down to the ground,

Mother Earth beneath you.

Diving even deeper by asking yourself,

How do you wish to be supported by others?

Feeling those answers supporting you in and around your heart,

And traveling down into the ground beneath you.

Lastly,

Asking yourself what seeds would you like to plant into the ground to help you grow in all areas of your life?

Envisioning each seed being planted one by one,

Even deeper with every breath.

Letting all those answers support you in your favorite place,

And shaping the ordinary purple cloud in which you breathe rain.

Now beginning to come back to your breath.

Breathing in all of your gratitude for all the beautiful seeds you have planted in Mother Earth.

Feeling that deep breath of gratitude.

Traveling down into the base of your spine.

At your root chakra.

And then moving down even further into the ground beneath you.

And gently letting that go.

Inhaling all of your gratitude for Mother Earth.

Helping you.

Supporting you.

And these beautiful seeds and all the guidance you received.

And just take actually one more breath just to honor yourself.
