Is it a warm summer's day sitting at the park with the smell of freshly cut grass slowly tingling at your nose?

Is it listening to the sweet joyous tones of your baby giggling with laughter?
Is it taking time for yourself while having a warm bubble bath?
Is it meeting eyes with a beautiful stranger and sharing a smile while doing your daily commute?
Is it holding the hand of a relative who you haven't seen in a long time?
Is it dancing by yourself in the middle of the dance floor to one of your favourite songs?
Is it sitting in front of a cosy fire,
Toasting marshmallows?
Whatever brings you joy,
Let's go to that place.
Imagine you're floating high above the clouds,
The warm air gently passing by you.
You are weightless.
You are limitless.
You have this feeling of freedom that is indescribable.
Then you look down and below you,
You see a clearing.
A clearing of green grass with a small stream running alongside.
Think about it now,
Go to that place.
Sit or lie down on the grass and make yourself comfortable.
It's warm and the sun is gently warming your face making you smile.
Imagine the sights,
What can you see?
Imagine the sounds,
What can you hear?
Imagine the smells,
What can you smell?
Now take a deep breath and imagine you're in that place.
You're in that place that brings you the most joy.
Take a few minutes to get a full picture of your place of joy.
Put as much or as little detail in it as you like.
Hold on to that feeling.
Hold on to that feeling.
Take a deep breath in and bring that feeling of joy inside.
Imagine that feeling deep in your heart.
Filling it up to overflowing.
Imagine the feeling in your heart radiating out and filling your whole body with joy.
Just feel that for a few minutes.
If your mind drifts,
It's okay.
Just gently bring it back to the breath and then bring it back to your heart.
And feel the joy filling your whole body.
