The sole purpose of this guided meditation is to enable you to connect with your true self.
You see just underneath all of the noise and the uncertainty,
There is a part of you that has sat quietly and waited for this moment.
An infinite source of wisdom that contains every answer that you will ever need.
The poet Rumi offered us this,
Out beyond ideas of wrongdoing and rightdoing,
There is a field.
I'll see you there.
So in preparation,
I invite you to sit or lie down and relax.
Close your eyes and gently deepen your breathing.
All is well.
Visualize yourself in a meadow,
Sitting or lying in the shade of a beautiful ancient tree.
You can feel a comforting warm breeze against your face and skin.
And even though your eyes may be closed,
You can sense the warmth and the light as it weaves its way through the leaves of the tree.
As you rest here,
Ask yourself this single question.
Who am I?
And again,
Who am I?
And then let go and allow the answers to come in on the breeze.
Who am I?
Who am I?
Who am I?
Who am I?
Who am I?
Who am I?

Thank you for spending your time with us.
Thank you for spending time with this meditation.
I wish you to know that in repeating this practice and asking yourself the question,
Who am I?
Great clarity and inner peace can be found.
And after a lifetime of looking outside of yourself for answers,
There are only a few deep breaths and a single question away,
All along.
Until next time,
I wish you well.
