Welcome to this Be Refreshed meditation.
This meditation is designed to allow you to refresh your mind.
Now be sure to find a place where you can be uninterrupted for at least seven to eight minutes.
Please be aware that this meditation is my voice only.
No music is used.
And know that you are able to sit for five minutes,
Be alone with your thoughts,
And feel refreshed by the end of this session.
As you're settling in a few things I want you to be aware of,
I suggest that you sit with your back straight yet comfortable.
To be sure to silence notifications or if you've downloaded this file,
Be sure to put your phone on airplane mode.
Remember,
This is not so serious.
It's a simple opportunity for you to connect with your mind,
Body,
And spirit.
In fact,
Think of something right now that makes you laugh before you begin.
It will help you keep the perspective light.
Ready?
Okay,
So let's begin.
Are you comfortable?
If not,
Allow your body to settle in right where you are.
Place one hand on your heart and one hand on your belly right above your navel.
Begin to notice your breath.
Feel your breath coming in and going out.
Now if your eyes are still open and you feel comfortable closing them,
Please do so to lessen your external focus.
How does your breath feel in this moment?
Notice it flowing through your body.
Just keep breathing in and out and noticing how your body feels.
If you like,
Relax your hands by your side or wherever feels comfortable right now and just continue to breathe in and out.
Enjoy this moment as you continue breathing in and out at your own rate and rhythm.
Allow your breath to fill your body from the bottom of your feet to the top of your head.
Just keep breathing and feeling your breath fill your whole body.
Now let's focus on how you want to feel at the end of this meditation.
Imagine how you want to feel and keep breathing.
Allow your body to really feel how that might feel.
Now if you have other thoughts that want to visit,
Just breathe,
Smile,
And say thank you.
Any thought is your friend,
So always give thanks.
You are feeling more refreshed with each breath.
Keep breathing and imagining how you want to feel.
Continue feeling more and more refreshed as you breathe.
Allow your breath to continue to fill your whole body.

Gently rub your hands together and feel the energy created and place them over your eyes.
Relax your hands and bring your awareness back to your present moment and location.
