There's no right or wrong way of doing this.

Sometimes our minds have lots to say.
We're going to practice just allowing,
Not fighting back.
Just sitting back and allowing,
Feeling your feet beneath you,
The tall,
Gentle spine,
Heart open,
Voice open,
Crown open,
Ready to receive,
Softening any place in your body where you can feel a little extra tension.
I often feel tension in my forehead,
In my shoulders,
In my jaw,
And all we do is rebring our love,
Our awareness,
Our breath to those places,
And we invite them to let go and soften.
Let go and soften.
Bring your awareness to your breath now.
From the first moment,
You notice it perhaps on the tip of your lips,
Your tongue,
And just follow it down your throat,
Your lungs,
Into your heart,
Into your belly,
And then follow it back out as you exhale.
The most powerful position available to us is here now.

There's many ways to expand your capacity.
One way is to let go of anything you no longer need to carry.
We let go of overthinking,
Over-doubting.
We let go of stories,
Projections,
Narratives that no longer serve us.
And remember,
Perfection is a myth.
We're not trying to achieve a position where there's nothing we ever overthink.
It's just not how the human condition works.
What I am referring to here is you can lighten your load by 2%,
By 5%,
By 10%.
That is extraordinary.
So take a nice deep breath.
Come back to your body.
Come back to your heart.
Sitting with a tall,
Gentle spine.
Heart open.
Softness in your forehead.
Softness in your jaw.
Feet grounded.
Crown open,
Ready to receive.
