Hello and welcome to this energy healing transmission and in this session we will be working with the Root Chakra.
The Root Chakra is an energy center that is located at the base of your spine and it is connected to our adrenal glands in the physical body and emotionally it is connected to our sense of safety,
Our sense of security in the world,
In our body and you can think of it as the foundation.
When the Root Chakra is in balance we experience an overall physical well-being,
A sense of feeling safe in our body,
A sense of feeling safe in the world and knowing that no matter what's going to happen I will be okay,
No matter what's going to happen I can trust that I got this,
I can trust myself,
I can trust the world around me and I feel safe and steady in my world and in my experience.
So today we will be doing healing on the Root Chakra to create a deeper sense of trust within your body,
A deeper sense of safety,
Security and stability that is unconditional because the world around us always changes.
The only constant in the world as we know is change so when we create that deep sense of trust and safety within ourselves no matter what happens outside,
No matter what's going on around us or in our lives we can still maintain this sense of grounded security.
So let's begin.
Please start by finding a comfortable seat or you may lie down for this session and make sure you're completely comfortable and when you're ready please take a deep breath in through your nose and a full breath out.
Good.
And I'm calling upon your angels and archangels and the divine,
Your higher self,
Soul self and all the beings of unconditional love to assist us in this session and may you receive the healing for your Root Chakra that is for your highest good,
For your highest health and may the benefits of this session go to your loved ones and to all beings in all worlds.
Let's begin and let's start by visualizing beautiful white light entering through the crown of your head,
Filling your head,
Your neck,
Shoulders,
Arms all the way to your hands and fingertips,
Flowing through your collarbones,
Your chest,
Ribcage,
Torso,
Abdomen all the way down to the pelvis,
Good,
Flowing down the legs,
The thighs,
Knees,
Shins,
Ankles all the way to the feet,
Flowing out of your feet into the earth and keep sending this light down all the way to the very core of the earth.
You may imagine it like roots growing out of your feet and anchor this light,
Anchor this energy at the very center of the earth,
Good and on the inhale breathe the earth energy up,
Up those roots into your feet,
Into your legs,
Pelvis,
Torso,
All the way to your heart center,
Anchoring in your heart center,
Good and just taking a couple of breaths here,
Letting your body settle,
Letting your energy come back to the present moment and let's begin our work with the root chakra and you might feel during the session some physical sensations,
You might feel some emotional feelings come up,
Right now you might feel a little bit of an anxiousness in your body or in your mind as things begin to rise up to the surface in the root chakra and in this space right now set your intention,
There is a reason why you clicked on this recording,
What is it that you want to work through in your root chakra,
What intention do you have in the theme of feeling safe,
Feeling secure,
Perhaps feeling healthy,
Perhaps feeling safe or settled in your body and your nervous system,
Allow an intention to arise for you for this session and your intention might sound something like I am safe and secure in my being,
Good and repeat your intention a couple of times in your mind and let's bring our awareness down to our root chakra,
So the root chakra is located at the base of the spine,
Notice if you're holding any tension in that area right now,
Relax around your tailbone,
Soften through your pelvic floor,
If you need to you might want to take a couple of deeper breaths into your lower belly,
Expanding the belly on the inhale and softening the belly on the exhale,
Releasing and relaxing any unnecessary tension you might be holding and the angels are starting to work on your root chakra now and if there's any resistance in your mind or in your being just say I am 100% open to receiving this healing for my highest good,
Wonderful and the healing is now going deep into your root chakra,
You might feel some heat in your tailbone or some tingling,
Maybe some coolness,
You might feel some sensations in your legs or feet,
Just know that whatever sensations come up in this session they are temporary and they won't last more than a minute or two and the healing is going deep into the root chakra now,
Healing any feelings of unsafety and creating deeper sense of unconditional safety in your body and in your being,
Keep breathing and allowing this energy to flow through to you,
The healing is going through the layers of the root chakra,
Through the layers of traumas and experiences in your life that have contributed to any kind of sense of unsafety in your body,
In your physical body,
In your emotional body and please say in your mind or out loud I allow myself to feel safe and secure within myself,
I allow myself to feel safe and secure within myself,
Love to feel deep safety within my being,
Allow myself to feel deep safety within my being and the healing is going deeper into the root chakra,
Strengthening that sense of foundation,
That sense of inner support that creates unconditional safety in your experience and please say in your mind or out loud it is safe for me to feel supported within my root chakra,
Good,
Now see,
Feel or experience your root chakra as a bright beautiful shining ruby red light at the base of your spine,
Once again bring to your mind your intention and repeat it feeling as it is already true,
Notice if it feels different in your body compared to the beginning of the session and let's take a deep breath in together through the nose,
Exhale out of the mouth,
Let it go,
Begin to bring some movement to your toes and your fingers maybe deepening your breath,
Maybe taking a couple of circles through your spine or through your pelvis bringing any gentle movement into the body that feels good to help integrate the healing,
Perhaps on the inhale reaching your arms overhead for a stretch and on the exhale release,
Rub your palms together,
Create some heat and then cup them over your eyes,
When you're ready you may release your hands and blink your eyes open,
