Then see this screen beginning to radiate with beautiful white and golden light as the images dissolve into it.
All the important memories will now be safely stored for tomorrow.

Feel your mind relaxing into a restful state.
When we sleep,
We reset our nervous system and prepare for a new day.
Whatever thoughts and emotions we go to sleep with,

Welcome into your mind a word,
A feeling or an image of how you want to feel tomorrow.
See it projected onto the screen of your mind as a word,
Image or abstract feeling.
Now you have given your subconscious mind a positive direction for the dream time and the day ahead.

Let's assist your mind and body in the process of relaxation by consciously softening the crown of your head,
The temples,
The eyebrows and space between the eyes.
Relax the muscles behind the eyes.
Soften the cheeks.
Soften the base of the tongue and release the jaw.
Allow this relaxing sensation to continue flowing down the neck,
Relaxing the collarbone and shoulder area.
Relaxing the chest,
Upper back,
Flowing into the arms,
Elbows,

Softening the grip of the hands all the way to the fingertips.
