Sacral Chakra Energy Healing Transmission
This is an energy healing transmission for the Sacral Chakra with the intention of emotional healing, self-love, and self-acceptance. This recording will assist you in releasing heavy emotions like anger, shame, guilt, and hurt; and feel deeper levels of emotional freedom and joy. In this session, you are invited to set an intention related to the Sacral Chakra healing. You will be receiving healing from the Angels and your Higher Self. During the healing, you may feel sensations in your physical body as well as have emotional responses. Know that those are normal and will only last about a minute or so. Just keep breathing and remember that your body knows exactly how much healing you need to receive and how much you are ready to release. Please make sure you take good care of your body after the healing by staying hydrated, doing some gentle movement (if that feels right), and getting a good night's rest.
