Solar Plexus Chakra Energy Healing Transmission

This is an energy healing transmission for the Solar Plexus (Manipura) Chakra with the intention of self-empowerment, inner strength, confidence, and personal freedom.

This recording will assist you in releasing negative associations with power as well as unhealthy power dynamics. In this session, you are invited to set an intention related to the Solar Plexus Chakra healing. You will be receiving healing from the Angels and your Higher Self.

During the healing, you may feel sensations in your physical body as well as have emotional responses. Know that those are normal and will only last about a minute or so. Just keep breathing and remember that your body knows exactly how much healing you need to receive and how much you are ready to release.

Please make sure you take good care of your body after the healing by staying hydrated, doing some gentle movement (if that feels right), and getting a good night's rest.
