Heart Chakra Energy Healing Transmission

This is an energy healing transmission for the Heart (Anahata) Chakra to heal the wounds of the heart and connect to unconditional self-love.

The heart space is considered the seat of the Soul. This recording will assist you in healing the wounds of the heart, letting go of hurt and negativity connected to relationships, deepening unconditional self-love, and feeling safe to give and receive love with others. You will be receiving healing from the Angels and your Higher Self.

During the healing, you may feel sensations in your physical body as well as have emotional responses. Know that those are normal and will only last about a minute. Keep breathing and remember that your body knows exactly how much healing you need to receive and how much you are ready to release.

Please take good care of your body after the healing by staying hydrated, doing some gentle movement (if that feels right), and getting a good night's rest.
