Throat Chakra Energy Healing Transmission
This is an energy healing transmission for the Throat Chakra to feel safe and free to speak your truth, express yourself, and feel confident being your authentic self. This recording will assist you in releasing fears of being seen for who you are, blocks to expressing yourself and sharing your gifts and abilities. In this session, you are invited to set an intention related to the Throat Chakra healing. You will be receiving healing from the Angels and your Higher Self. During the healing, you may feel sensations in your physical body as well as emotional responses. Know that those are normal and will only last about a minute or so. Just keep breathing and remember, your body knows exactly how much healing you need to receive and how much you are ready to release. Please take good care of your body after the healing by staying hydrated, doing some gentle movement (if that feels right), and getting a good night's rest.
