Realize your true nature, in this guided meditation on connecting with your expanded state of being. By turning within, we aim to connect with a deeper sense of self, which transcends our egoic identity. And by breathing into and expanding our third eye, we will embolden our inner vision, enabling ourselves to see the within more clearly.

Thank you for joining me for today's practice.

As we settle in,

Let us set our intentions on realizing more fully our place within the universe.

Let us aim to grasp more fully the nature of our being.

And having set this intention,

Let us come to find comfortable positions.

You can be seated or lying down.

What matters most is that your spine is straight.

If you're lying down,

Allow your palms to rest open,

Face up at your sides.

And if you're sitting,

Place them palms up on your lap.

We want to be in a state of receiving.

Imagine a string tied to the top of your head and is pulling you lightly upward.

Allow it to straighten your spine.

Now imagine that string is cut and relaxed down onto your sit bones.

If you're lying down,

Just make sure that your chin is lightly tucked.

Your head is not tilting back.

Whatever posture you're in,

Allow your body to relax.

Let's take a few deep restorative breaths in and out.

And so on your next inhalation,

Breathe fully in,

Filling yourself all the way up.

And hold.

Squeeze in your stomach and your back.

Hold just a little bit longer and release with a sigh.

Let's take one more deep breath in like this.

And so breathe in fully.

And hold.

Squeeze.

And release.

As we come to relax into our postures,

Let us scan through our bodies,

From the tops of our head to the tips of our toes.

Locate any tension you might be holding onto.

Release the muscles of your face.

Relax your jaw and your tongue.

Allow your shoulders and your neck to sink and sag into relaxation.

Relax the muscles in your back,

Your chest,

And your stomach,

While making sure you keep your chest open,

Your heart space lifted.

Relax your lower body as well,

Your hips,

Your thighs,

Your knees,

Ankles,

And feet.

Let it all relax.

Decide here and now to take this time for yourself.

Set everything aside,

Knowing you'll have time to return to it later.

Allow yourself to fully relax.

Bring your attention onto your breathing.

Breathe in slowly and steadily,

Lightly but deeply,

And exhale fully out,

Allowing your out-breath to linger.

Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.

As we relax our bodies and minds,

You may find memories or anticipations of the future coming up to the surface.

You may find emotions that are present in your energy field bubbling up to greet you.

Cultivate a state of allowance.

Allow these things to rise and allow them to pass.

Imagine these thoughts and emotions as clouds floating above you before a clear blue sky.

Notice them,

Thank them for coming,

And watch them float away.

Become the observer of your thoughts and emotions.

Realize that you are the blue sky itself.

And just keep breathing here,

Allowing these thoughts and emotions to pass you.

Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Breathe in through your mouth.

As we go about our lives in this physical reality,

We become entrenched in the idea that our form is limited to what we know.

Together,

We aim to discover and feel into the greater truth of our existence.

Realize that our portals to connect with this higher reality lie within us.

And so,

As we maintain our state of relaxed presence,

Allow yourself to look within.

Feel into your body.

Feel into your mind,

And aim to recognize the very source of your identity.

Know that this identity is far beyond the egoic self that you so often identify with.

Look for the place where the breath comes from.

Look within your heart.

Watch deep inside,

Listening and watching for anything that arises.

Feel into your very essence.

As you do this,

You may come to recognize a place within you that is the source of your identity.

Imagine the source of these things.

Imagine this source of power,

This energetic core within you.

Imagine it starting at your heart space,

And see it expanding beyond your physical form to the world around us.

See it reaching up into the sky.

See it extending past into the stars.

Feel it encompassing the planet itself and all other people on this earth.

Realize that your self is far more than your physical body,

And just relax here in this expanding sense of self,

Feeling in to the insights and the wisdom it has to offer you.

So,

The object is now become subconscious form,

From right through our attainment.

You are travelling along the space of psychiatry and spirituality in the form of strutting you you Allow your attention now to come to rest at your third eye You can imagine your third eye as the spot on your forehead right between your eyebrows But more accurately it's back in the center of your head at your midbrain By pressing your tongue to the roof of your mouth you can help yourself Center onto the spot Let your attention focus in on this spot within your mind your pineal gland Imagine a warmth growing here Feel the space beginning to expand And breathe in to the space Allow your consciousness to expand with it If you begin to see or to hear anything inside yourself recognize that this place in your mind is where your inner vision comes from know that as you embolden this space as you empower your third eye the clarity of your visions will increase know that you have the ability to see and understand your true place within the universe and just stay here for a few moments breathing into your third eye and allow whatever comes up to rise and pass you Now,

We will return to our bodies.

Allow yourself to sense your surroundings.

If there's any tightness which has presented itself in your body,

You may release and stretch.

Take a deep breath in and a restorative breath out.

Whenever you're ready,

Open your eyes.

Namaste.
