Soften your eyelids and your jaw.
Sip in a little bit more air.

Now connect your breaths.
Breathe in again real slow and out from your mouth.
Don't stop at the top or at the bottom,
Just keep your breath moving.
You could imagine your breath like the ocean,
Like water.
Make more space in your belly,
In your hips.
Allow this morning breath to cleanse your system in your nose and out from your mouth.

Let out some noise on your exhales.
Take the biggest breath you've taken all day and hold at the very top of your inhale.
Soften your whole physical body here,
Your eyelids,
Your jaw,
Your shoulders,
Your glutes,

Let your energy drop down into your gut.

Let go.
Place your hands on your heart or belly or both.
Bring your gaze behind your closed eyelids and set your intention for today.
Once you know your intention,
Feel it in your body.
What does that feel like?
Allow it to take up space.
