Today I'm guiding you through a breath practice with the purpose of coming back home to you,
Connecting with your heart and with your body,
With your energy.
Can you make yourself comfortable now?
There's no right or wrong way of doing this.
Once you're comfortable,
Can you take a moment and really notice and feel into how your body's supported?
I'm so supported.
Is it possible for you to notice energy in your body and around your body?
Just acknowledge there's energy here in and all around me.
This is mine.
And what's here right now?
Notice the quality of your energy or if there are any emotions that are here,
Any sensations.
What is here right now?
Can you give full permission for whatever's here to be here?
I don't need to change anything.
I'm supported.
Now notice the space that you create in your body to allow for breath to come in.
Is it possible for you to soften and allow for more space,
Especially around your belly and the sides of your body,
Your lungs,
Your chest,
Really creating even more space around your gut.
Notice how you have the power to do that and notice any changes that happen in your breath.
Can you take a deep breath in from your nose,
Fill your belly up,
Fill your lungs,
Fill your chest,
Hold here.
Keep holding,
See if you can soften,
Relax the muscles of your face,
Ungrip your jaw and your eyes and then let go.
And one more before we start our breath,
Fill up,
Hold at the top and then let go.
Breathe in your nose for four,
Three,
Two,
One,
Hold here for six,
Five,
Four,
Three.
Breathe out your nose for eight,
Six.
Breathe in for four,
Hold here six,
Exhale eight.
Inhale,
Hold,
Exhale for eight.
Breathe in,
Hold,
Exhale.
And then let's round in,
Hold,
Exhale.
And take a big clearing breath.
If you'd like,
Place your hands on your body and take this time to feel any sensations,
Anything you've created.
And feel into the warmth of your hands on your body.
What's alive right here,
Right now.

Just be with your body,
Get curious.
