Welcome to your manifestation yoga nidra.
I'm Danica,
I'm your guide for tonight and I want to invite you to get really cozy and comfy in your bed.
So lie down,
Spread out,
Open your arms,
Your legs,
Have your palms face up and take some big full breaths.
To let go of this day,
Settle right here just a little bit more.
Use these breaths to let go of any expectations,
To really settle in your room and the safety of your environment.
And take a moment to notice the natural flow of your breath in and out from your nose.
Throughout our yoga nidra practice,
I'm going to be guiding you through different parts of your body and all you need to do is really just listen to my voice,
Follow those parts in your body.
If you get lost,
Just come back to the sound of my voice and if you fall asleep,
That's totally great.
Once your body is relaxed,
Then we'll get into our manifestation practice.
So start by softening your eyelids.
Allow your eyeballs to drop deep in the backs of your eye sockets.
Soften your forehead and your brain.
Relax the top of your head,
The back of your head.
Soften your jaw,
The inside of your mouth,
Relax your tongue.
Soften your whole nasal cavities,
Your nose,
Both cheeks.
Allow your whole face to soften,
Your throat,
The sides of your throat,
The front and back of your throat,
Your right shoulder,
Armpit,
Right upper arm,
Elbow,
Lower arm,
Wrist,
Back of your hand,
Palm of your right hand.
Thumb,
Index finger,
Middle finger,
Ring,
Pinky finger.
Soften your left shoulder,
Upper arm,
Elbow,
Lower arm,
Wrist,
Back of your hand,
Palm of your hand.
Soften your right shoulder,
Upper arm,
Elbow,
Lower arm,
Thumb,
Index finger,
Middle finger,
Ring,
Pinky finger.
Now relax both arms together,
Let them get really heavy.
Soften both shoulders,
Upper back,
Middle back,
Lower back,
Tailbone,
Your whole spine that connects your tailbone to your head.
Soften your chest,
Your lungs,
Your whole ribs,
Your entire digestive system,
Your belly,
Your reproductive system,
Your pubis.
Relax your right shoulder,
Right hip,
Right thigh,
Knee,
Lower leg,
Ankle,
Top of your foot,
Sole of your foot,
All five toes on the right foot,
Your left hip,
Thigh,
Knee,
Lower leg,
Ankle,
Top of your foot,
Sole of your foot,
All five toes on the left foot.
And soften the whole front side of your body,
The whole back side of your body,
The whole right side of your body,
The whole left side of your body,
Your whole body,
Your whole body,
Your whole body.
Land in the space behind your closed eyelids and visualize a screen,
Black screen in front of you.
And what is your highest ideal?
Bring up your highest ideal,
Your highest desire,
The thing that you are looking to manifest,
Whether that be a situation,
A version of you in the future,
Or maybe a feeling.
Start to see yourself within this scenario.
Notice your energy,
Notice what's around you,
Where you're at.
Bring this vision to life as much as you can.
Imagine this screen like water,
Where you get to move into this water and start to merge with your vision and with this version of yourself.
And as you do,
Notice all the cells of your body lighting up,
Upgrading their composition,
And becoming this version of you.
Notice how you feel,
The satisfaction,
The peace,
The success,
The excitement.
Notice this permeate every cell of your body and notice yourself within the vision.
Drop your awareness in your heart.
With every breath,
Breathe your heart a little bigger with the energy of gratitude.
With a thank you,
Thank you,
Thank you for where you are.
A thank you,
Thank you,
Thank you for the journey you had to go through to get where you are.
And let your heart grow bigger with every breath.
