Hi friend,

Our time together today is really focused on coming back to the physical body and bringing the energy down.

So I'm going to invite you to find a comfortable seat.

And you don't need a perfect seat.

Just make it feel comfortable for you.

Open if you can.

And just taking a moment to observe your body and how it's landing here today.

And I'm going to invite you now to just bring all of your awareness on your breath.

So we're not trying to change it.

Really allowing the breath to be as it is.

Notice where your breath stops,

Where you're not creating more space.

Can you be okay with the human that's here right now?

Just be okay with however you're showing up,

Whether or not you can really tune in.

If your mind is somewhere else.

If your breath is really shallow,

Or if it's really deep right now.

Giving full permission for however your breath and your physical body land here now.

What I want us to do is to practice anchoring the energy and the breath deeper in the body.

So I want you to focus on this container you have.

Notice any sensation that is coming up.

And if there is sensation coming up,

Acknowledging it.

See if you can get your system to calm down to sensation.

Just allowing sensation to be not good,

Not bad,

To just be.

And notice how your body reacts when you give it permission.

And it's okay if nothing happens too.

Becoming aware of that.

Whatever is here now.

Can you really follow,

Trace your breath from the moment it comes in from your nostrils going to the back of your nasal cavities,

Down your throat,

Down to your lungs and your chest.

Maybe it stops here.

Maybe you can go a little deeper.

See if you can focus on just the space where your breath is finishing.

Allowing the space under to soften.

Or maybe even having a conversation with your body and telling this part of your body that it's okay to open.

Let's just take the time now to be as deep as you can in your body and while you're doing this,

Paying attention to all sensations and especially your heart.

Your heart beating.

Your very root.

And your heart.

Notice how all the other muscles in your body can soften when you just bring your attention there.

Notice how your heart can beat in different places in your body.

Notice that you have a full body right here,

Right now.

Human.

Totally not perfect and that's okay and beautiful.

Please stay as long as you want here and just be with your body and with your heart and with your energy down as deep as you can towards your pelvic floor.
