Hey love,

Welcome to your chakra balancing yoga nidra.

I'm Danica and our practice is designed to cleanse and align your energy system.

The chakras are energy centers in your body or storehouses and transmitters of universal energy that represent distinct frequencies which influence your physical emotional and spiritual well-being.

There are seven main chakras along your spine.

These are associated with a specific color,

Area of the body,

And life aspect.

Today I'm inviting you into a yoga nidra practice followed by a subconscious journey through your chakras.

So get yourself comfortable and let's begin.

You your body really cozy in your bed.

Take up as much space as you'd like.

Take a big full breath in.

Fill up your belly,

Your lungs,

Your chest.

Hold at the very top for three,

Two,

One.

Let it go out from your mouth.

Try another big full breath like this.

Take the biggest breath you've taken all day.

Hold at the very top.

Keep holding.

Three,

Two,

One.

Let go.

I'm going to be guiding you through different points of your body through our yoga nidra practice.

So just listen to my voice and if you fall asleep that's okay.

You're still getting the benefits of this practice but can you keep your attention awake while your body relaxes?

Start by focusing attention on your eyes.

Allow your eyes to get heavier and let your right eye fall to the back of its socket.

Let your left eye fall to the back of its socket.

And soften both eyelids.

Relax the point in between your eyebrows.

Both eyebrows.

Your forehead.

The very top of your head.

The back of your head.

Your whole brain.

Relax your nose.

Both cheeks.

Both ears.

The space in between your ears.

Soften your jaw.

Your lips.

Your top teeth.

The roof of your mouth.

Your bottom teeth.

Bottom of your mouth.

Relax your tongue.

The back of your mouth.

Your whole mouth.

Your throat.

The front of your throat.

Back of your throat.

Sides of your throat.

Let your consciousness soften your entire throat and move a little downwards to the base of your throat.

Relax your right shoulder.

Right armpit.

Upper arm.

Elbow.

Forearm.

Back of your right hand.

Palm of your hand.

Thumb.

Index finger.

Middle finger.

Ring finger.

Pinky.

Your whole right hand.

Relax your left shoulder.

Back of your left hand.

Palm of your hand.

Index finger.

Middle finger.

Ring.

Pinky.

Both wrists and hands and fingers.

Soften your heart and your lungs.

Your whole chest.

Your whole digestive system and stomach.

If you're home,

Then soften your womb.

Your entire abdomen and belly.

Your right hip.

Right thigh.

Lower leg.

Ankle.

Top of your right foot.

Back of your foot.

All five toes on the right foot.

Soften your left hip.

Thigh.

Lower leg.

Ankle.

Sole of your foot.

All five toes on the left foot.

Both hips.

Both legs.

Soften your tailbone.

Your whole lower back.

Your entire spine from your tailbone connecting to your head.

Your middle back and the top of your back.

Relax your whole back.

All the muscles alongside your spine.

Soften your ribs and your kidneys.

Relax the whole front side of your body.

The whole back side of your body.

The whole right side of your body.

The whole left side of your body.

Your whole body.

Your whole body fully surrenders now.

Start to go deeper and deeper within your subconscious.

Imagine yourself moving deeper,

Relaxing even deeper.

Counting down from 5 to 1.

When we get to 1,

Let's land into the energy field.

Sensing your whole body.

Sinking deeper into the muscles of your body,

Relaxing and opening and softening all the muscles of your body.

Drop your awareness deeper.

Allow yourself to become more soft.

Recognize your energy field.

Energy moving through your body.

1.

Becoming fully attuned to your energy now.

Bring attention to your root chakra at the very base of your spine.

Start to notice the color red moving around your root.

This chakra symbolizes stability,

Safety and grounding.

You can speak these words to your body.

It is safe for me to be here.

It is safe for me to be here.

Allow energy to move through your first chakra at the very base of your spine.

Allow that red energy to move around your pelvic floor,

Your hips,

Towards the soles of your feet.

Allow your attention now to move upwards towards your sacral chakra,

Below your belly button.

Allow this red color to transform into an orange orb,

Cycling and moving around below your belly button.

Your sacral chakra governs creativity,

Emotions and pleasure.

As you cleanse,

Clear and align your sacral chakra,

You can speak to your body.

I am creative.

It is safe for me to feel.

I am creative.

It is safe for me to feel.

Sense this orange orb cleansing and clearing.

Allow the orange color to move upwards above your belly button but below your heart into your solar plexus chakra.

Sense your orange color transforming into yellow.

This is your power center.

It relates to confidence and self-esteem.

Cleanse and clear this center and whisper to your body,

I am enough.

It is my birthright to be powerful.

I am enough.

It is my birthright to be powerful.

Allow this yellow sunshine color to take up space in your solar plexus.

You can allow this color to move upwards towards your heart,

Turn into a deep emerald green.

Move around your heart,

Through your heart,

Front and back.

The heart chakra is your center of love,

Compassion and connection.

It heals sadness and grief.

I love.

I am grateful.

I love myself.

And so I can love others.

Sense this green emerald color moving around your heart,

Cleansing,

Clearing,

Balancing your heart.

Allow your consciousness now to follow this green color upwards towards your throat.

And as it takes place in your throat,

Notice as the green transforms into blue.

Swirl around your throat,

Front,

Back,

Through your throat.

Take up space.

This is your center that governs communication and self-expression.

Feel these words healing your throat.

I'm worthy of being heard.

It is safe for me to express.

I'm worthy of being heard.

It is safe for me to express.

Allow this blue to cleanse,

Clear and balance your throat chakra.

Move your blue river upwards towards your third eye center,

In between your eyebrows.

Notice as it takes on the color purple.

This is your center of intuition,

Insight and wisdom.

As you sense your third eye activating with the color purple,

Repeat to yourself,

I trust my intuition.

Cleanse,

Clear and balance your center of intuition.

Move your attention upwards towards your crown chakra at the very top of your head.

Sense this purple color developing into a bright white light.

Your crown chakra connects to spirituality and higher consciousness.

Take a big full breath to your crown chakra and feel the expansion of your connection to the universe and to God,

Whatever you resonate with.

Speak to yourself,

I am connected.

Sense the energy of the crown chakra,

This beautiful white light.

Cleanse,

Clear and balance your crown.

As your crown chakra is open,

Allow this white light to come in and be warm,

Comforting and healing.

Allow it to move downwards towards your third eye chakra.

Kind of like a river moving and becoming purple.

Allow it to move downwards towards your throat chakra of the color blue.

This is safe for me to express.

Move downwards towards your heart.

I'm grateful.

Move downwards towards your solar plexus.

Big beautiful sunshine.

I am powerful.

Move downwards towards your sacral orange.

Downwards towards your root,

The color red.

Sense your whole energy system runs through your body,

The tips of your toes to the tips of your fingers to the crown of your head.

Take a big full breath.

Settle deeper in the comfort of your energy.

I invite you to drift into some sweet dreams and beautiful sleep.
