Imagine you could travel into your future,

Imagine you could step into your own funeral.
Where you can see your family and friends gathered to commemorate your life.
And one by one you can see and hear them telling their stories about you.
About the amazing things you did,
How you made them feel and how you gave all you had.
You can see how they feel so inspired by your legacy.
A legacy of courage and kindness.
You can see them crying tears of gratitude.
And by hearing their testimony,
You realize what an extraordinary human you were.
And the incredible impact you had.
Breathe and absorb this energy of your own eulogy.
Imagine what your friends and family would say at the time of your passing.
And now,
We bring this energy back into the present.
As if your spirit could travel back into this moment,
Bringing the gift of death.
The gift of your destiny.
Visualize your spirit returning and giving you a message.
And you can listen to the words of wisdom and encouragement.
Visualize and feel your spirit merging back into this present moment.
Bring your awareness back to your body.
Feel the rhythm of your breath.
