Danielle has been meditating for almost three decades. She is an empathic life coach and she trains students in meditation and mindfulness in classes and seminars around Colorado, where she lives with her son and animals on her Calhan, CO ranch, Peaceful Plains Ranch and Sanctuary. She also teaches mindful movement and yoga retreats in the beautiful Rocky Mountains throughout the year. She started Project Empathy to spread awareness of and promote empathic development globally.

Simple and effective, but I was a little distracted when foot parts were referred to as "right hand" toe, ankle, etc. rather than right foot toe, ankle etc.
