Hello dear one,
Find yourself a quiet space where you can sit and relax and take this time for yourself.
Sit quietly,
Close your eyes and take a long deep breath in through your nose and gently exhale through your mouth.
Take a few more long,
Slow,
Deep breaths in through your nose,
Gently exhaling through your mouth.
Now bring into your mind's eye the vision of all of the light energy in the world.
Imagine all of this energy coming together just above your head in a light so bright it's brighter than any star.
Bring this energy above your head.
And now imagine that this energy flows down into the top of your scalp,
Bringing with it healing,
Love,
And wellness,
Relaxation and calm.
Allow this light to flow from the top of your scalp down into your forehead and around your eyes and into your temples and down the back of your head.
Allow this healing light to move into your jaw.
Allow it to relax the muscles in your tongue and on the top of your palate.
Let this healing light flow down the sides,
Front,
And back of your neck.
Feel the light energy flowing down your neck into your shoulders.
Allow it to relax and warm and calm the muscles of the neck and shoulders.
Now allow the healing light to travel down your arms,
Down the upper arms into the forearms,
Through the wrists and into the hands.
Allow the light to move through your hands,
Through your fingers,
And out your fingertips.
Now feel this healing light moving from your shoulders down into your chest and into the back muscles.
Allow it to relax and warm this area of the body.
Bring the healing light into your heart area and allow it to nurture you there,
Bringing calm,
Warmth,
And security.
Now allow the light to move into your lower back and your stomach muscles and internal organs.
Letting it relax these areas,
Providing warmth and healing.
As the light moves through this area,
Feel the tension from the upper body fall through the bottom vertebra of the spine as the healing light pushes its way down into your buttocks muscles and your sit bones and hips.
Allow the light to heal and warm and calm this area.
Release any residual tension from the bottom of the spine and allow the light to move into the thigh muscles and knee joints,
Healing,
Warming,
Relaxing.
Now allow the light to move down into the calves and the ankles,
Healing and warming,
Calming and relaxing.
And now allow the light to move into your feet,
Warming and healing,
Relaxing every muscle.
Allow the light to travel out through the tips of your toes.
Now feel the light filling your whole body.
Allow the warmth and relaxation to flow from the top of your head out through the tips of your toes,
Out through the tips of your fingers.
Know that you are full of healing light energy.
As you go into your day,
