You know what I've realized?
So many of us walk through life thinking there's something about us that needs to be fixed.
Like we're a project.
Like we're never quite ready yet.
Never healed enough.
Never calm enough.
Never confident enough.
And I just want to say this really clearly today.
You don't have to fix yourself.
You are not broken.
Yes,
You have patterns.
Yes,
You have wounds.
Yes,
You have moments where you struggle.
But that doesn't mean there's something wrong with you.
Most of the things we try to fix were once ways our body and mind tried to protect us.
Overthinking.
Tension.
Control.
Even shutting down.
Those weren't mistakes.
They were intelligent responses to something you once needed to survive.
So instead of fixing,
What if you listened?
What if you met yourself with curiosity instead of pressure?
You don't heal by attacking yourself.
You don't grow by constantly telling yourself you should be different.
Real change happens when you feel safe enough to be exactly who you are right now.
Nothing needs to be forced today.
Nothing needs to be solved.
You're allowed to be a human,
Having a human experience.
And from that place,
Not fixing,
Not fighting,
Things start to soften on their own.
You don't have to fix yourself.
You're already worthy of being here,
Exactly as you are.
