Hey there,
Thanks for joining me today.
I have a new group of affirmations for you that you can listen to as you go about your day.
You may have listened to a few of my other collections and if not,
Go and search under my profile and you should be able to find them.
So I will say each affirmation two times so that you can repeat them in your head or out loud if you choose to do so.
So the benefit of repeating is so that your subconscious mind can stand up and pay attention because our subconscious takes in all the bits and pieces around us and automatically makes it about us.
So by utilizing the power of affirmations,
You are tapping into the subconscious part of you on purpose with positive words of encouragement.
As we begin,
I invite you to take a few deep breaths waking up your body.
So let's do that together.
Take a deep breath in through your nose and let it out through your mouth.
Another,
Take a deep breath in through your nose,
Letting it out through your mouth.
Now as you continue to do that,
Take a quick inventory of what you're feeling within your body.
Is there tension or tightness somewhere?
Are you breathing as deeply as you would like to be?
Notice any sounds going on around you.
What about emotions?
Do you feel any of those swirling around?
Can you name them?
If not,
That's okay.
Now let's give this body inventory a number so it can help us quantify what you're feeling right now before we begin the affirmations.
So on a scale from 1 to 10,
With 1 being low and 10 being amazing,
Choose a number that represents your body inventory right now.
Now I know you won't know the number or maybe you can't settle on a number,
So simply use the first number that pops in your head.
Okay,
So now that we have that,
Let's go through the affirmations.
So let's get started.
Just for today,
If I feel restricted or anxious,
I will place my feet on the floor and ground in to the present moment,
Taking in the sights,
The sounds,
The tastes,
The smells that surround me.
Just for today,

I will realize that I am in the midst of a busy day and I will stop and take a deep breath.

As I look in the mirror,
I remind myself of all the positives that I see.
