Dear one,
You most likely have arrived in your moon time,
Your menstruation.
Naturally,
This is a time for our bodies to hibernate,
To take rest,
To recharge,
And to rebalance our hormones.
Let me take you on a menstrual meditative journey in which you can fully relax into your body,
Surrender to the process that is continuously going on in your body during these days.
Let's tend to the wisdom within you.
Make yourself very,
Very comfortable.
Come lay down in a position that feels comfortable for you.
Place your hands on your belly.
Just lay here for a moment.
And then bring your attention to your breath.
I would like to invite you that whenever your mind wanders off,
Come back to the breathing.
Breathe gently,
Softly,
Yet deeply.
Be kind to your belly.
And I understand that you have not been taught that this time of the month is a time to ease in,
To relax.
And I'm here to tell you that you can relearn,
Re-educate yourself,
Reprogram your body,
And tell it that it is okay to be calm,
To be in rest.
This is a time in which we naturally draw inward,
Deeper and deeper and deeper.
Take yourself there.
Take yourself inward in hibernation,
Like a tree in winter.
Covered by snow,
It seems as if nothing is going on,
But below the soil,
Nourishment happens,
Growth happens.
And see yourself like that tree,
Drawing inward,
Resting,
Yet growing,
Your inner world.
And go there.
Find out what is living inside of that inner world.
Go into that creativity,
To that process of creation,
And at the same time letting go.
And sit there with yourself.
Bring your attention inward,
To your belly,
To your womb.
Maybe you feel physically that she is releasing,
And she's also releasing things that do not serve you anymore.
Emotional things,
Spiritual things,
Mental things.
And ease into that process of letting go,
Easing in,
Surrendering deeply,
Allowing your body to rest,
Allowing your body to recharge,
Allowing your nervous system to completely calm down.
And from this calm,
Inward state,
You bring your attention back to the breathing.
Your hands still rest softly on your belly,
And you feel the breath moving slowly in and out of your body.
Cherish this process of letting go,
Bleeding.
Cherish your body for being able to go through this process.
Nourish your body with breath.
Nourish your body with a soft touch on your belly,
Letting your body know you're there,
You're witnessing.
And gently remain laying here for as long as you wish.
Your mind is calm,
Your body resting heavy on the earth,
Supported,
Nourished,
In complete relaxation.
Your womb is in peace,
Expanded.
Your attention is inward.
You're fast in a world,
Sharing with you what needs to be shared.
You compassionately witness and take in.
Stay here and come out whenever you feel like it.
Take this calmness and expansion with you in your day,
Remaining very inward,
Very calm,
Very peaceful,
One with the process of letting go.
Be gentle with yourself,
Gentle with your womb,
Gentle with your body,
And gentle with your breath.
