Slow breath as we enter this sleep reset meditation,
We're going to focus on relieving stress by swirling our eyes in a figure eight motion,
Relieving stress and tension and allowing your body to sink deeper and deeper into relaxation as you calm your nervous system,
Boost your immune system and access a state of mind over matter.
This simple practice will calm each of your cranial nerves and create a deep sense of relaxation.
And all you need to do is imagine you're forming glasses in the shape of a figure eight with your eyes,
Swirling your eyes up and towards the right and then down and towards the left and up and towards the left and down towards the right,
Making a figure eight as I count down from 22 to one.
And this simple practice of moving your eyes from right to left releases stress and tension and helps your body sink deeper and deeper into relaxation.
So just allow the sound of my voice to guide you into this figure eight motion as I count down from 22 to 1,

Left,
As if you were a clock,
Swishing from right to left.
So as I count from 22 down to 1,
Swish your eyes from right to left and imagine a clock is ticking and you are sinking deeper and deeper into sleep.
With each number I count,
You sink deeper and deeper into relaxation and the sounds of the clock make you sink even deeper as I infuse ASMR into this meditation.
So as I count down,
You will hear the sounds,
You will see the clock and your eyes will swish from right to left and left to right and the more your eyes swish,
The deeper you sink into deep,
