This is a guided imagery and visualization meditation. Listen as I take you on a journey into relaxation to release stress and balance your body. Release stress, anxiety, and negative emotions as you sink deep into relaxation. Then enter a world of deep relaxation as you are guided to fill your body with color to enter a state of balance. And focus on your breathing to sink deeper into relaxation as you release stress effortlessly.

I invite you to close your eyes and relax.

Allow your body to sink deeper and deeper into a state of complete relaxation.

There's nothing to do and nothing to think about.

Or simply breathing,

Relaxing,

Letting go.

And notice how easy it is for your body to let go of stress by simply focusing on your breathing.

Notice how your body is sinking deeper and deeper into relaxation.

And your muscles are becoming loose,

Limp,

Limber,

And relaxed.

And you're sinking deeper and deeper.

There's nothing to do and nothing to think about.

Or simply breathing,

Relaxing,

And letting go.

Allow the sound of my voice and any noises to help you sink deeper and deeper.

I invite you now to visualize,

Imagine,

Or sense that you are outdoors in a beautiful garden surrounded by green grass.

Bright green colors in the trees and the grass around you.

Feeling completely relaxed and peaceful and settled here in this safe space.

I invite you now to take in some deep,

Slow breaths.

And as I count down from the number 11,

You will sink deeper and deeper into relaxation.

And anchor in any positive emotions with each even number I count down.

11 10 9 8 7 6 5 4 5 4 3 2 1 You are doing an amazing job.

Relaxing deeper and deeper into relaxation.

I invite you now to imagine,

Sense,

Or visualize.

There's a rocket ship right in front of you.

This rocket ship will hold all your negative emotions,

Self-doubt,

Guilt,

Fear,

Shame,

Overwhelm,

Any feelings of hopelessness,

Helplessness,

Feeling trapped.

It's okay if you feel those feelings right now.

Imagine or visualize yourself grabbing them and throwing them into the rocket ship.

Wherever you may feel any pain,

Any tenderness,

Any emotions arising,

Visualize yourself taking them out of your body,

Taking them out of your aura,

Taking them out of your space.

Filling up that rocket ship.

Notice how your body sinks deeper into relaxation simply by visualizing or imagine that you're taking all of these negative things away.

Releasing self-limiting beliefs,

Releasing self-limiting thoughts,

Releasing negative patterns,

Self-tabotage,

Self-sabotaging behaviors.

And your body is sinking deeper and deeper into relaxation as you visualize that all this negativity is leaving you and entering that rocket ship.

I invite you to notice how your body is sinking deeper and deeper and your muscles are loose,

Limp,

Limber,

And relaxed.

And notice how that rocket ship is getting ready to leave this earth.

Allow the sounds to guide you as that rocket ship gets ready to fly away.

Imagine or sense or visualize that rocket ship is taking off.

And as it flies away into the sky,

You feel lighter and lighter.

Your muscles are getting loose,

Limp,

Limber,

And relaxed.

You feel like you're letting go and sinking deeper and deeper into relaxation as you visualize that rocket.

Disappearing in the distance.

It's a black spot in the distance.

You see the sun around it.

And as it disappears,

You feel a glowing light shining at the crown of your head,

Traveling down your body and helping you sink deeper and deeper into relaxation.

And the more this light travels down your body,

The easier it is for you to tap into a state of mind over matter.

As you access all these positive energies and vibrations and feel deeply relaxed in a state of peace,

Calm,

And tranquility.

Your muscles are loose,

Limp,

Limber,

And relaxed.

And this simple practice has helped you access deep relaxation.

I invite you to imagine yourself sitting in this garden,

Practicing a self-love hug or laying back in dragon fly.

And notice how this simple practice,

Even the simple visualization of you doing these things helps calm your nervous system,

Boost your immune system,

And help you sink deeper and deeper into relaxation.

And your muscles become loose,

Limp,

Limber,

And relaxed.

And as you lay back in these cozy,

Comfy positions,

I invite you to imagine that light continues to travel down your body as I recite these healing words of forgiveness.

And as I recite these words,

You sink deeper and deeper into relaxation,

Feeling how you are light and airy,

And your muscles are completely relaxed.

I invite you to notice,

Sense or visualize how the crystalline light of the sun has traveled down your body.

From your head down to your toes.

You're feeling completely peaceful,

Calm and relaxed.

You have accessed a deep state of mind over matter.

This simple practice has helped calm your nervous system,

Boost your immune system and helped you access a date of peace,

Calm and tranquility.

I invite you now to imagine,

Sense or visualize a green light at the center of your chest in your heart chakra.

And as you visualize this light,

You notice and sense how the deep greens around you in the trees and the grass only strengthen this color in your body,

Infusing its healing energy and helping you sink deeper into relaxation.

Now I invite you to visualize,

Sense or imagine someone you are grateful for.

Someone that brings joy to your day and to your experiences.

Someone that may bring a smile to your face right now.

Notice,

Sense the shifts that are happening in your body as this green bubble expands around you.

Continue to visualize that person,

That situation that made you smile.

Feel those happy healthy hormones flowing throughout your body and as they flow,

The bubble expands all around you.

This is your bubble of gratitude.

It is here to protect you today.

To keep you balanced and calm.

Feeling clear,

Calm and collected.

Your muscles are loose,

Limp and limber.

This simple practice has helped calm your nervous system and boost your immune system.

And access deep states of peace,

Calm and tranquility.

This green bubble of protection is here for you today.

Keeping you feeling safe and supported.

I invite you now to imagine,

Sense or visualize.

There is a purple violet flame at your feet.

You feel completely safe as this healing light begins to travel upwards from your toes to the crown of your head.

Clearing out any negative densities that may have remained.

Any negative emotions.

Helping you sink deeper and deeper into relaxation.

And the deeper you sink,

The easier it is for you to feel peaceful,

Calm and relaxed.

And your muscles are loose,

Limp and limber.

You have accessed a deep state of relaxation.

I invite you now to imagine or visualize or sense a rainbow before you.

Rainbow has all of the magical colors that you need to infuse today in your body.

Notice how soothing and calming it is to simply visualize the rainbow.

And now as I invite you to count down again from 11 to 1.

With every positive even number that arises,

You sink deeper and deeper into relaxation.

And it infuses these positive energies and vibrations in your body,

Anchoring in the colors that you need,

Wherever you need them.

And as I count down,

I invite you to visualize this rainbow is traveling from your crown of your head down to your toes in a figure eight formation.

Clearing it out,

Clearing out anything that may remain,

Helping you access a deep state of balance and calm today.

So I invite you to focus on your breathing and every even number helps anchor in those sensations even deeper into your subconscious.

We are halfway down there.

The figure eight continues to infuse throughout your body.

The rainbow is infusing everywhere you need it,

Helping your body access a deep state of relaxation.

Your muscles are loose,

Limber and relaxed.

And we are sinking deeper and deeper.

You are completely relaxed.

This rainbow is here to serve you today,

Keeping you safe and supported,

Helping you feel balanced and calm.

Your muscles are loose,

Limp,

Limber and relaxed.

And all of these visualizations have helped serve you today.

I invite you to imagine,

Sense or visualize how you feel so balanced and calm that there are flowers emerging all around you.

Whatever colors arise are perfect for you.

Take in a deep,

Slow breath and allow those colors to infuse inside of your body,

Going to the specific spot where you need them,

Helping you become loose,

Limp,

Limber and relaxed.

You are doing an amazing job.

Notice how relaxed you feel.

You have accessed a deep state of relaxation.

You have accessed mind over matter.

You have accessed peace,

Calm and tranquility.

You have accessed deep relaxation.

I invite you now to imagine,

Sense or visualize at the base of your spine and your root chakra.

There is a bright green ivy rising through your body as I count down again from 11 to 1.

This ivy will continue to rise in through your spine,

Helping you feel safe and supported,

Helping you feel balanced and calm as it rises to the crown of your head,

Anchoring in every sensation,

Feeling and joyful emotion you have felt today.

So it remains with you through all your chakras.

Eleven,

The ivy is rising through your root upwards.

Ten,

Your sacral chakra.

Nine,

Your solar plexus.

Eight,

Your heart chakra.

Seven,

Your throat chakra.

Six,

Your third eye.

Five,

Your crown chakra.

Continuing to rise higher up into the sky,

Into the clouds,

Helping you feeling balanced and calm as we continue to count down to one.

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

You feel completely relaxed and balanced.

Your muscles are loose,

Limp and limber.

You have accessed a deep state of relaxation and accessed mind over matter.

All of the colors that you saw today in your visualization will help you feel balanced and calm.

The green bubble of protection will remain with you,

Helping you connect with that joy and that gratitude.

The ivy is here to serve you and help you feel balanced.

The violet flame helps you feel calm and safe.

The crystalline light from the sun helps you feel more balanced and clear.

As I count to five now,

You will awaken,

Taking all of these energies and sensations with you.

One,

Your muscles are loose,

Limp and limber.

All of these colors have served you.

Two,

You are completely relaxed and peaceful,

And you have let go of any negative thoughts and emotions that didn't serve you today.

Three,

You are feeling balanced and calm,

And that bubble of gratitude will continue to anchor in every time you see the color green today.

Four,

The rainbow has served you,

And the colors of the rainbow that you experienced today will help you remain to feel that figure eight flowing through you,

Keeping you clear,

Calm and balanced.

Five,

You can awaken now,

Taking all of these energies and sensations with you to continue to feel balanced,

Calm and peaceful today.
