You're gonna exhale and relax in each new statement.

You're gonna inhale and hold,

And then exhale and relax in between phrases.

And what this is doing is moving energy upwards in your body.

It's creating a connection between your pelvis and your third eye in the crown chakra.

It's helping you relax your body and let go of stress as we simply focus on these mindful affirmations,

These mindful thoughts and moving air in our body.

Now,

If you ever have any pain during this activity,

Then I invite you to stop.

You shouldn't have any pain.

So be aware of your body and use the guidance that your body tells you.

So we're gonna start off with the first I am statement,

The letter O,

I am optimistic.

So we're gonna inhale and hold.

I am optimistic.

Exhale and relax.

We're gonna go to the next phrase.

I am resilient.

Exhale and relax.

The next phrase.

I am grateful.

Exhale and relax.

I am amazing.

Exhale and relax.

I am zestful.

Exhale and relax.

I am magnificent.

Exhale and relax.

I am intuitive.

Exhale and relax.

I am kind.

Exhale and relax.

Okay,

We're gonna do that one more time with the affirmations,

But this time I'm not gonna tell you when to exhale.

With each phrase,

When I say the phrase,

You're gonna inhale,

Hold briefly,

And then when I'm finished with that phrase,

Go ahead and exhale and relax,

Moving the energy upwards,

Letting go of stress.

I am optimistic.

I am resilient.

I am grateful.

I am amazing.

I am zestful.

I am magnificent.

I am intuitive.

I am kind.

All right,

You just did an amazing job.

That was an orgasmic breath.

You can use this anytime,

Anywhere.

Just focus on your breath,

Squeeze those pelvic floor muscles,

And notice how easily your body relaxes.

And I invite you to check out any of my meditations for deeper relaxation strategies.

This is Diane Vick.

Aloha.
