I invite you guys to take in a deep,
Slow breath.
Allow the sound of my voice to guide you into relaxation.
If you wanna practice some self-love,
You can use this meditation as an opportunity to apply some lotion or cream to a tender area in your body.
Or you can apply self-love to your face,
Which is connected to your 12 cranial nerves and connected to your brain.
And if not,
You can just lay back and relax.
Allow the sound of my voice to guide you into relaxation.
There's nothing to do and nothing to think about.
We're simply breathing,
Relaxing,
And letting go.
Notice how easy it is to relax and let go.
Of stress and tension,
By focusing on your breath and settling deeper into relaxation.
Now we're gonna go into some affirmations.
And I invite you to massage the area of your choice or just lay back and relax.
And if you choose to lay back and relax,
I invite you to imagine that there's a light from the sun beaming over you.
And allow that light to penetrate whatever tender spot you may have,
Whether it is your head,
Neck,
Shoulders,
Arms,
Hands,
Back,
Abdomen,
Hips,
Thighs,
Knees,
Calves,
Feet,
Toes,
Whatever place you choose is perfect.
Allow yourself to sink into relaxation.
And if you choose to massage that area,
Set an intention to release the pain.
And I invite you to crisscross your arms across your chest and take in three deep breaths.

And relax.

Whatever area you choose.
As I begin the affirmations,
You can stretch or massage.

Slow breath and allow light to penetrate that tender spot or area.
And I invite you to caress that area,
Moving the energy outwards.
From the center,
All the way to the sides of your body.
As we do those affirmations again.

I see everything I'm grateful for.
I see everyone that I love around me is more aware.
I see people are becoming more zestful.
I see magical manifestations everywhere.
I see those I love are becoming more intuitive.
