So we are going to do a relaxation activity,
I call this an orgasmic pain release.
All you need to do is focus on your breathing.
We are going to breathe,
Inhale and hold and exhale and relax.
And as we breathe in and hold and exhale and relax,
The stress starts to leave our body easily and effortlessly.
And all you need to do is visualize or imagine your entire body inside a bubble.
So imagine maybe that you are outside in a green grassy field and you are floating in this imaginary bubble right in front of you.
And I am going to count down now from 11 to 1 and I want you to focus on your breath and notice how you sink deeper into relaxation.
And you are just visualizing yourself in this bubble and you can scan your body from head to toe as I count down.

I invite you to visualize yourself a little bit closer now.
This imaginary version of you that is in this bubble in front of you and as you scan your body notice if there is any tense spots,
Any tender areas,
Any problematic areas,
Any areas that usually cause you symptoms of discomfort.
Now I want you to take in a deep slow breath,
Exhale and relax.
And I want you to notice or isolate which is the most tender area,
The most problematic spot.
And I want you to imagine or visualize that that area is surrounded by a little bubble.
This bubble encompasses that exact spot.
And now I want you to apply maybe some water or an ointment or rub to that area on your actual physical body.
You don't have anything and it's okay.
You can just simply rub your fingers or your hands upon that area.
Take a deep slow breath and notice,
Sense,
Or feel it and just focus on your breath as you apply some gentle pressure.
And now we're going to visualize,
Imagine,
Or sense that we are breaking up that tender spot releasing stress,
Tension,
And negative energies from that area and healing the area and relieving the pain or symptom.
So now in your mind's eye as you apply this gentle pressure I want you to imagine that you're seeing yourself in that bubble in front of you and there's sunlight beaming down your head,
Traveling down your body.
And as I count down from 11 to 1 the sunlight is going to travel all the way through your body and through that sore spot,
That tender spot.
And you're going to see that pain bubble burst as we count down.

Pain bubble has bursted.
Do you feel more loose,
Limp,
Limber,
And relaxed?
And I invite you now to notice that in that area,
That same spot,
There's a beaming yellow sunlight is starting to radiate from that area all around your body.
And now as I count again from 11 to 1 I want you to allow that light,
That beaming light to continue to radiate and grow all around you as it releases the stress and tension in that area.

You're surrounded by this imaginary bubble of light.
Your muscles are completely relaxed now,
Loose,
Limp,
And limber.
And this simple practice is served to you.
And anytime you feel stress or tension,
You can use this strategy to help you release and relax.
So just take in one more deep breath and open your eyes.
